Called and was left on hold for a un reasonable amount of time. Called again and was put on hold, someone eventually answered and then hung up immediately.

Prescription NEVER done when the automated phone system commits to a refill time and I never ask for rush. Always late, always frustrated. Need to update time commitments through phone system. Commitments to customers are paramount - Walgreens take notice!
