Rite Aid

Rite Aid has always been my go to pharmacy no matter what town I'm in, starting with Perry. This particular location is the best though, and very popular with the locals. Everyone knows and loves Miss Laura! Also to add, 5 stars for Brett, the pharmacist and pharmacy manager. He recently tried to help me with an unforseen issue.

This Rite Aid is by far the best pharmacy we have had the pleasure to work with anywhere. Every one of the people in the pharmacy, Brett, Monica, Laura, and Katie, are exceptional to work with. They take whatever amount of time to listen and help you. They are friendly and compassionate in addition to being very professional. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about this store and have recommended it to many family and friends.

Love this pharmacy! Everyone is so kind and helpful! The store also carry's a lot of products I cannot find anywhere else and there are usually great sales or deals going on!

Sarah, the manager is fantastic. I have serious issue with a a pre paid debit card. Although, unresolved, she took it into her own hands and did her best to help me. She went above & beyond. I am very thankful for her efforts. She was kind, patient and understanding. A very nice woman. Thank You.

Pharmacist has a great attitude. Always a blessing when using this pharmacy. Clean.

Had to wait a half hour for my prescription so I walked around and ended up buying so much needed items.

Longer than usual wait!

I was very disappointed in Brent with his attitude towards an older customer that came in Sept 2023. It seemed there was a misunderstanding over a returned item and the employee got very loud told the customer to leave. From my point of view there was no call for accusing a customer of turning in a “walmart” item when there was clearly a rite aid sensor on it. Very very unprofessional. I was even more shocked when he yelled at the customer to leave.

Do not have your children's prescriptions filled here as they will no longer be ordering in flavoring for the antibiotics 😔 so you're children throw up the medicine from the fowl taste. After speaking with the pharmacy I discovered that they don't intend to order flavor back in. Take your scripts to Walgreens!

The manager told us specifically when to return to get much needed supplies for the pandemic. He said come back next Tuesday at 2pm and we will have masks he promised. We have been waiting 2 months, when I showed up at 2pm he said to wait awhile because he was still opening the delivery containers off of the truck, I shopped for about 45 minutes. At that point I went to the front to pay for what I had in my cart and ask if he had found them, at this point he abruptly changed his mind completely and informed me that he was keeping the supplies and NOT selling them as he promised. When I asked why he said he was instructed to keep the masks for his employees. I think this manager is deceptive and very untrustworthy. Why would you tell someone to come at a specific time after they have waited weeks and weeks, it's awful to see they do not care about the customers, only themselves. I personally will never set foot in that store.
