Jesse “JJ” nicely greeted us. Needed an old phone replaced. Jesse did an excellent job. Walking us through the process. He kept our cost budget in mind and was honest and ethical. His knowledge of the business is very excellent and professional. Thank you.

Carole was very professional! She knew all about the phones and the needed equipment I needed for my phone like the charger and case. She was very efficient and the whole transaction was completed in a timely manner.

Jessee was fantastic! He helped me in every way he could & didn’t let me leave without knowing everything was taken care of. He did everything in his power to make sure I left with a smile on my face. Thank you, Jessee!

Jessee is fun, knowledgeable, honest. My cell died unexpectedly, so I wasn't 'planning my next phone' just yet. Based on a few questions, he helped me narrow down my choices. So while he showed me the top of the line, he actually listens to what you need.

Setup was giving me issues, and he's also very good about calming people down and making them relax (especially when I couldn't remember my password... who has to remember passwords?)

BTW, he's also very good at handling multiple customers. Please bring your patience and a smile if there are a few customers ahead of you - the entertainment is worth it!

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. He was quick, thorough and very, very polite amazing, easy experience no hassle.

JJ is the best. Very personable, knowledgeable, and quick! My phone was completely black on the screen and I didn’t have a plan with Verizon. He managed to add me onto my husbands plan and get a working phone all set up without me having to lift a finger (and saved money!). Forever grateful for his help. Visit this store for a great experience.

Very pleased didn’t have a lot of time, but he got me squared away. Very talented young man kept room full of people happy by himself. Nobody felt like they were being overlooked. He was just getting to them as fast as he could with good service I would highly recommend this manager in this location to anybody all the best and have a great day. I stopped into this Verizon store to review my account for any upgrades, discounts or perks that I may not have been aware of. JJ greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service. He took the time to thoroughly review my account and plan benefits with me. He also showed me the new iPad and Apple Watch and explained how I could get a discount by upgrading. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max with the Apple One plan and I’ve been mostly happy with everything so far. Preferably, I would deal with JJ at this location anytime I need to speak with someone at Verizon about service.

Parker from The Petoskey North location was a AMAZING help and very informative associate to me at Verizon. After my first experience with the South location I was nervous going in but he made me feel welcome, was very attentive and kind. It was refreshing. He had even sincerely apologized about my pervious experience at the other location. His service meant a lot to me as a new customer; he addressed all my needs and I could not have been more grateful after the stressful week I have had. Thank you so much
