AT&T Store

We are long time AT&T customers. My mom and I went into the Petoskey-Anderson Road location/store close to closing time tonight (Friday), and were helped by Gabe and two other gentleman. They were very, very courteous, knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel like idiots just because we were not very tech-savy. They explained everything thoroughly. Gabe and one of the other gentlemen helped us with figuring out a great plan and also saved us money doing it. The other one even stuck around with Gabe after closing time to answer several of my questions about getting my Dad a new phone, among other things. Very impressed, we will be back to this location!!! Thank you!

Tom was very very helpful and so was everybody else in the store. I didn’t receive a text to give Tom a five star rating so I’m doing it for the store five star rating and for Tom. Thank you very much I’ll see you guys soon.

GuJin was so helpful during my visit to the the store today. He patiently answered all my questions and helped fix some of the issues I was having with my new iPhone 14 Plus and my Series 8 iWatch. I highly recommend him and this location for all your Apple services!

I was at the Petoskey AT&T, and was so very pleased. Two of the employee's Markus and Kat, went above and beyond. I have never been more satisfied at ANY business. They both took the extra time to help with tedious tasks and we're friendly. I could not be more thankful not pleased. THANK YOU BOTH!!

We were having some issues with a phone. We went into the store and Jese was so helpful and friendly. We went back in a few days later for help with something else and she was quick to come help us again. Great customer service and we are grateful for her help and kindness.

Chucky was fantastic!🏆 He helped me with switching from Verizon (vzw has poor service north of Harbor Springs). The setup was a little custom as I have employer discounts, online promotions (ask for their referral link to give credit to the rep!), a phone that was purchased elsewhere, a high value trade-in, purchase of a second phone using the credit from the trade-in, and porting-in of existing numbers. He also answered any questions I had, and handled the entire transaction flawlessly.

....Now the bad....
Doing so online to make sure to soak up all the sweet, sweet discounts possible, you may run into issues when going to the store prior to the account being fully activated. (You know, like if you had questions about the order or something...) If their "sYstEm 🙄" doesn't recognize your ID, there is no way for the manager (Michelle) to override/authorize the misunderstanding. This is NOT the local staff's fault, AT&T should be ASHAMED they treat their staff including MANAGERS like children that can't read a driver's license. Corporate BS at its finest... I understand this is "for my security", but fully relying on automation is just plain garbage and a great way to turn off and lose customers. (This is coming from an IT professional) Unfortunately I'm backed into a corner, and must have AT&T in my area.

To AT&T: Your policy sucks and you should treat your employees better.... I suggest you heed this warning, losers.👎

After months and months of trying to work out, a complicated problem came into the AT&T store. Here in petoskey and cat took care of me right away absolute genius. Would recommend anybody

Markus greeted me at the door and immediately began to trouble shoot with my phone and courteously solved my problem. I am impressed and I think he needs a raise,!

Awesome store. Great cutomer service, friendly, fast, and efficient! Would highly recommend choosing this store. DO NOT go to the AT&T on the south side of Petoskey!

Fantastic experience. Greg took great care of us while my girlfriend upgraded her phone. The whole process only took half an hour and it felt shorter because the staff was so friendly. Don’t go to the other Petoskey location, this is the one that will help you out quickly and with a smile.

I’ve been going to this att store for awhile and have had well... not so great experiences and usually end up confused and paying more than I need. I recently went in and had Terry help me. She was absolutely amazing and so informative! I learned so much and she helped me save money on my accounts. I will go back again because of her! Amazing job Terry thank you!

This place is amazing excellent customer service no long waits ever!! They get you in and out in a timely manner! And treat you like they have know you there whole life❤ definitely will be returning also they are doing great with the covid guide lines!! If you go to this AT&T store ask for Anna! This girl is hands down the friendliest store associate I've met. She is highly knowledgeable in the product and she always tries to get me the best deals. She's the best!
