Harbor Self Storage

Great storage facility. Spotless and easy to access. I rented unit 244 which is right near the front door of the upper level (directly off M119). There are few climate controlled units in the Petoskey area that are close to Harbor Springs and this met my needs.

There is a smart phone app that unlocks the front door and the door to the locker itself so no need to purchase locks.

I have looked at many storage units in the past and many are older and dingy inside. This facility is state of the art in every way. Bob Gargaro, the owner is very responsive and super easy to work with.

We utilized Harbor Self Storage for our Harbor Springs wedding items. We could not be happier with our experience. The units were extremely clean and we knew our items were safe and well protected. Access to the unit was seamless with the app. Would recommend 10/10.

Great facility and service by the owner. I only need temporary storage (2-3 months) before moving into a house and he hasn’t hesitated to provide exactly what we need. Love the super easy process of seeing and reserving available spaces, and ease of access via app.

The process of obtaining and paying for the unit is very easy. The owner is very attentive and has been extremely flexible with regards to my needs and changing situations. The customer service is impeccable. If I have questions or need anything, there is an immediate response. The rental units and area is very clean. I’m thankful that I was able to get a unit here!

Joe and the gentlemen that helped me (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name), went above and beyond to help with my trailer in storage. I can’t possibly thank them enough! Outstanding service as usual, but this time they went above and beyond. One happy customer. Joe-you are the absolute best!!!
