Walgreens

I mostly come here for prescriptions every month. I think they’ve had staff issues for awhile. Despite that, everyone is always so polite, and smiling, and really trying to work their buns off. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’ve had my days, where I wasn’t as patient as I meant to be. But they still try to do everything on their end to get the balls rolling, and be as informative as possible.

The pharmacy here is the absolute best in the area!!! Best customer service, best sense of urgency by far and always service with a smile. Thank you ALLLL for your hard work and what you do!!! Happy holidays!

The store is very well organized. Easy to find (right off 31). Ample parking. And Zach and others were SO nice in helping me find things yesterday.

We’re on vacation and I left a med at home. They were super helpful problem solving with me and getting me what I needed for the rest of my vacation. Made a super stressful situation a piece of cake!

Pharmacist Amy went above and beyond to help my anxious child get his flu shot. Despite the long line, she took her time to listen to him and make him feel comfortable before his shot. We are so grateful to have such an understanding and caring pharmacist in the community.

We were on vacation in Petoskey and forgot two separate prescriptions AND didn't have current insurance cards. The pharmacist there jumped through several hoops (on a holiday) to get our prescriptions filled. When I commented on how impressed I was, he just replied that it's his job. I forgot his name, but I called corporate immediately to tell them what a fabulous job he was doing!

Clean place. I wandered around for 45 minutes. Employees would make eye contact and turn the other way and walk away. Pharmacy did well. Didnt feel like fighting with Medicaid to pay for a script so paid out of pocket. However, I was happy too. they explained why Medicaid was fighting it. Not their fault. Clean store. Great deals going on right now.

I've stopped into this Walgreens a few times during my annual visits Up North. I've found it largely unremarkable, which I guess is a good thing. It's very much a standard Walgreens with their typical selections. To go along with it, they also seem to have slower check-out lines than just about any other store, on average. I can't ding them for this since they aren't any worse, but still odd to me...

Just had prescription issues (on the doctor side) and the pharmacists where very polite and SO helpful
