I really like shopping at this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The other day I needed to replace my phone/fax/copier. The sales associate was so helpful and helped me to find exactly what I needed. I also bought the service plan. I love my purchase!

Great service all around! I was greeting by a young gentleman named Vince. He also rang up my items. He was very kind and helpful. :)

Office Depot offers a lot of different products for offices, school kids and at home needs. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable!

I needed copies of some important, personal materials. I have gone to other Office Depot/Office Max stores and had very disappointing results-from customer service to the quality of the product. NOT THIS TIME!! Christine was AMAZING!! She provided personal, professional, exemplary service. She was patient and took care of my copying project as if it were her own. Additionally, all of the team members were friendly, welcoming, and available without hovering. The store was clean, stocked and well maintained. Such an exceptional experience.

Staff greeted me as I walked in. Another staff ran up to me to find an appropriate external ssd that was on sale too! Bonus!

Very helpful staff at the Naperville store.

The person who was to complete my order wasn’t coming in for another 15 minutes so the cashier came over and started to process my printing order. Then Christine arrived and finished the order. It was nice of the cashier to step up and try to complete my order. They really worked like a team. Great customer service!

The Computer Staff that helped me went above-and-beyond, as respects the time they spent answering my questions, as well as suggesting options that might work better for my situation.

If that's what they do everyday (e.g... Service), then I'm going back!
