I have zero complaints about this pharmacy.

Long wait in line and then long wait once finally at window. Had to buzz several times in order to get a pharmacist. Maybe short staffed but overall bad service. Once you get into that concrete Lane and a car gets in behind you that's it you're stuck . No getting out.

I feel I need to update this review because I am back at CVS and they have really turned things around - excellent customer service and quick turnaround at the drive thru. I don't know what happened but things are looking up!

The sales people at the CVS on Union Lk rd couldn’t be nicer. They are always kind & welcoming. Unfortunately the pharmaceutical staff are incompetent. They told me they could fill a prescription then never filled it and completely failed to let me know that they had no intention of doing so. Someone they put it into the system wrong & then said another pharmacy had to fill it. When I went to my usual place they said CVS had pulled it. Do they had to undo what CVS did. 😤😡🤬

This location is always behind, a line of cars in the drive thru & the pharmacy is stressed & understaffed. The front of the store is dirty and unorganized. Difficult to get assistance because not enough staff.
For a local CVS that supports a large area, this store needs lots of help!
Specially tonite its chaos! Someone needs to help this store.

Misquote my babies prescription with wrong amount. Nobody picks up phone. Wait forever on hold. Staff is lackluster in pharmacy and curt. Do not come here.

The pharmacy at this location never picks up the phone. If you have a question call another store or go in person.
