Note: All the bad reviews are from when they were transitioning from Riteaid to Walgreens. This was multiple years ago, and it was very bad and chaotic and backlogged. I was there trying to get my meds filled lol. But ever since then, they have been the best pharmacy I've ever filled at.

The pharmacy techs here are absolutely dolls. The lead pharmacist with the glasses and accent is literally the SWEETEST and most helpful, kind woman in the world. She is so so sweet and amazing, and will always go out of her way to call insurance and fix problems, no matter how complex they may be. She genuinely cares so much about her patients' well-being and will tell you about discounts and how to save money. She even told me about GoodRX, which I didn't know about before then and which has saved me hundreds of dollars on prescriptions that my insurance wouldn't cover.

This location is absolutely fantastic, as a store, and ESPECIALLY as a pharmacy. I genuinely have no idea why the stars are so low. I went to this Walgreens from 2016 to 2023. 7 years, with about 4 different monthly prescriptions being picked up at different times. Even when an issue came up, it was resolved either within 30 mins, end of day, or worst case, no later than the next day. I honestly couldn't recommend a better pharmacy. I really couldn't. When they tell you they'll call your doctor or insurance, they actually DO CALL. They even call you back with updates and information on your requests or info they got from talking to insurnace! You are always kept in the communication loop at this pharmacy!

There are definitely some really badly run Walgreens pharmacies. Ones that never ever pick up phone, or takes 30 mins and then on hold for an hour. I can definitely testify to that.

However, this Walgreens is NOT a bad one. It is the best Walgreens I've ever been to. I've went to around 10 different Walgreens in my day, and this one completely surpasses them in every way. Whenever I used to call, someone picked up between 10 second to 1 minute, which is AMAZING timing, btw.

Back when this location was Rite Aid and right when they first switched to Walgreens I never ever would've given them 5 stars. However, I think they've finally gotten better pharmacy techs and the cashier's are pleasent enough.
The person who made me want to take a couple minutes to go on here and give them 5 stars is the lady pharmacist with the English accent. She has worked there for awhile, even when it was Riteaide if I'm not mistaken, and she's super awesome. I have dealt with her more than once and every time I walk away not only satisfied, but impressed. She is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about the well being of her rx patients.

Great store with nice employees. Very clean and always in stock of the items I need. The store was remodeled slightly when they converted it from being a Rite Aid, and I think they made some good improvements.

Very Good Pharmacy!!!

Store is always clean and well kept. Always easy to find what your looking for and then some. Associates are knowledgeable and helpful. Pharmacy has gotten better servicing there customers and making it so you don’t wait for your RX and your in an out.

Bad service never get my scripts on time or at all without lots of run around Dr's calls in scripts with refills and they say I don't have refills just keeps getting worse

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my 40 years of life. Slow, don't answer the phone EVER. I called 16 times to transfer my scripts that I needed 3 days ago and still no one picks up. Done with this location.

Ever since it changed from Riteaide to Walgreens, it's been downhill. Go elsewhere if you can. I just waited 30 minutes to be told the system crashed. Long waits are frequent and they are painfully understaffed. The people are fine but they can only work with what they have and what they have isn't working. I have to go for my mother but I am probably going to have to drive out of my way now for my scripts. Walgreens ruined a good pharmacy.

Since Walgreen's took over Rite aid the service has dropped and the prices are up.. The items they carry do not compare to what Rite Aid offered. They are so understaffed especially in the pharmacy. I get constent messages saying my perscription are ready and when I get there they are not ready. I only stay because the pharmacist themselves are great.

Ever since Walgreens took over Rite Aid, picking up my meds has been a constant hassle! They text and tell me my meds are ready I drive all the way there and they say it can’t be filled till the next day! They often run out of one of my meds and I have to go without for days. It has just been one problem after another. I call to see if they are ready and they say, they’ll be ready tomorrow. I go there and they tell me I need a PA. If they had run it through the computer, they would have know it needed a PA. When this happens they often do not contact my drs office, like they are suppose to. Its just such a nightmare. I have fibromyalgia and often I do not feel good and, having to go through so much, just to get the
meds I need, it just so hard on me. Some of the long time employees are awesome but many have left. There is constantly new people that, obviously don’t know what they are doing! I sure do miss Rite Aid.

I came here every month to get my prescription and each month there is an issue preventing me from getting my medication and end up going a week or more without my prescription. After communicating this problem more then once nothing has been resolved. My medication is expensive and Walgreens offers a program that makes my prescription affordable so I’m currently stuck having to go a week or so without medication.

Trying to deal with this pharmacy is like trying to wade though a deep and muddy swamp. Nothing is ever done on time and the pharmacy techs are rude. It is my own fault that I continue to try to get Rxs filled there when I know how my experience is going to be.

Since Walgreens took over Rite Aid the pharmacy has gone way down hill. Though the pharmacists do the very best they can, the rest of the pharmacy staff seem clueless. Walgreens should go back to the way Rite Aid did things otherwise customers will go elsewhere!

I am back in the area for a few months, and need a refill of a medication.Just like the summer of 2019, no answer of telephone call. Supposedly at 10:00 AM this is not the busiest time. Again, will bypass this pharmacy.

Call and call on phone for pharmacy... I was on phone waiting for 20 minutes... drive thru is a joke waited 15 minutes to talk to someone there.. this Walgreens is a joke!!! Bring back rite aid

Got a false negative covid test. Why do they even test you if they aren't even accurate? Then I got a real test 5 days later and so in the end it wasted a whole week.

Was so much easier to get a prescription before it was a walgreens

Pharmacy automated service hangs up on me over and over again.

Put on endless hold cycles, terrible
