I came into this location to do some bra shopping and Bonita helped me - she was so kind and went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful and her customer service was next level. Highly recommend! Thanks, Bonita!

I went shopping for some new bras today because it was about time and a wonderful young lady that goes by the name of JANIAH was very nice and super helpful. She helped me for probably over a hour and a half to find my size and the style that I wanted, and I walked out with, two new bras and A very happy customer. She also helped me to understand about the discounts and Deals they have at Lane Bryant, which is really wonderful. Thank you to everyone at Lane Bryant especially JANIAH for all your help today.

I like shopping at this Lane Bryant🌺🌸🏵🌼, the customer service is always on point! Truthfully the prices can be high, but they always run sales & send coupons. I had to return some bras I purchased online. Dominique was exceptional she assisted me by explaining what would be best for me & having me to try different ones on. She also ask the manager explaining my situation she was kind & gave me great pointers🥰. What I needed wasn't available so she had to order them. This was not only great customer service, but team work! 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻(Hopefully I take more pics the next ty)

The Lane Bryant at Easton has moved locations so if you haven't been there since Jan. 20 21 be aware of this.The new location makes parking . Torrid, another plus size shopping store for women is on Lane Bryant's old location. Torrid is a clothing sote with more of a trendy, andcontemporary feel.
This location of Lane Bryant's is a large store so a wide selection is available to the shooper. The store was clean and well organized. The employees were friendly and extremely helpful!

I hadn't been to a Lane Bryant location in over five years due to not having my bra size, but the expanded sizes now help accommodate me for a quick fix. The staff at this location were very polite to both myself and my ASD son. They were very attentive, patient, and helpful even though we got in there pretty close to close.

I love the fact that you can pick up.your online orders for free...saves on shipping. You are allowed 50%off anything in the store one you pick up your online order. Everyone is helpful, they even called other stores just in case myn50% item was located elsewhere with more stock. Great job ladies..always smiles and compliments.

Was looking for a particular type of yoga type pants for my daughter and they are the only ones that seem to have them. Customer service was very helpful and even ordered an extra couple of pairs for her online while I was in the store since I purchased the last pair there. It was a great deal and one pair was not enough.

I went yesterday and had a great experience because of Ashley. She helped my whenever I needed it. I found the sports bra I needed and a cute sleep set. I'll be coming back for sure
Can you all please stop yelling at us while we in the fitting rooms please? If we need something we'll ask... It startles me and I don't like it. Its also very unnecessary. Thank you

This location is excellent. They will really go above and beyond to accommodate customers and manage to be real and friendly at the same time. The woman who helped me yesterday was *wonderful*. I didn’t catch her name but she has shortish dark hair and killer red lips and she is my new hero.

I absolutely love this location, the staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledge. I came in today looking for jeans, and they choose the perfect pair. Angelina was a breath of fresh air, she was so helpful. She definitely went over and beyond to take care of me!!! I definitely recommend this location.

Before shopping here, I was very uncomfortable shopping for myself. However, my first time shopping here made me love them forever! It's like shopping with a friend who wants to make sure you look good, but feel comfortable with yourself too. They aren't pushy with selling anything and they always make sure you're achieving the best look possible for any occasion. My favorite part is their honesty. That's what had made me stay shopping with them (besides excellent customer service). They will always be honest. If you don't feel like you look great in something, you can always ask for a second opinion and they will give it to you and another option if the one you picked out didn't work. I definitely thank them for my first shopping experience and each one I have because they have been the ONLY place that has made me feel and embrace the beautiful woman I've known within me. Now my mom loves them too and she's pitched my old clothes😂😂😂

Betsy is AMAZING!! Everyone has been super friendly and extremely helpful, but Betsy really went above and beyond! She got to know my style real quick, and was extremely knowledgeable of the products. Somehow guessed my size spot on! Went back a 2nd time just because of how amazing the experience was, and left purchasing 3 more items. Will definitely be back!

What a great experience going into this Lane Bryant for the first time on 03/24/21!!! the girls were so nice and helpful as soon as I walked in. they had a great sale going on the store was super clean really organized and loved that they had hand sanitizer at the register and you are required to wear a mask and train the store was a plus for me.

Great fit for me as a 3x. I never have to worry about having to squeeze into clothes. Great for work, dressy, or casual. Also, MUCH better quality than Torrid. You can't see your bra through Lane Bryant's shirts.

If you shop at Lane Bryant or haven’t yet be sure to ask for Rebecca! She was very helpful and cared about her customers! She wanted my experience to be enjoyable and cared how I felt about my purchases! I had never been to the store before but I will be going there again!
