I ordered a bike on black Friday for pickup despite a complication picking up my order (my fault), they still honored the pricing. Everyone working was so pleasant and helpful. The person working the bike dept was very informative and Donovan helped me ring out. I give props to all the employees working there.

We had the BEST experience purchasing a bike for my daughter! Very knowledgeable gentleman in the upstairs bike section - he spent close 45 minutes with us to ensure my 11 year old was as happy with her bike as we were. He even stayed past his shift to finish building it so we could pick it up ASAP. I will be speaking to the manager at pick up to know how wonderful this gentleman was during our time there.

There is a large selection of every type of sporting goods. There is a wide range of baseball equipment at a variety of prices. Very comparable pricing to other companies.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I placed an order online and it was ready in less than an hour! I also had a return a few weeks ago and they handled it easily and quickly! My only complaint I have is that they're not closer to my house!!😜

There's not much to say. You go to a big box retailer, and you expect to get big box retail services. However, I did enjoy the customer service, and their staff were friendly. They were able to assist when I needed it. They are also offering items at the front of the store to honor COVID-19 guidelines.

Good store and good location on east end of Easton. Helpful staff provided quick assistance.

Very good place for sports items

Friday i tried to purchase a new 12 Gauge from the store because of an awesome sale going on. Well there was an issue with the system so i could not purchase it that day. The next day the same issue had risen. But Bob and and his staff went above and beyond and made sure I was able to purchase my firearm. With customer service like that, you know this "new store" is destined for greatness.

The staff was so polite and helpful! Kristian went out of her way to help! And they had great prices on kids soccer packages! I'm impressed and pleased! Thank you!

I ordered an item for in-store pick up for my daughter's birthday and had to bring my daughter with me into the store... the wonderful associate who helped us asked what item we were picking up and I showed her the picture on my email and I mouthed "it's for her birthday." She smiled and nodded and when she came back, she she had wrapped the item inside with a bag to compeltely disguise the fact it was a soccer ball! My daughter had no clue what it was! Thank you, Dick's Sporting Goods, for being awesome and going the extra mile!

A man that normally works in the Archery dept. helped us find what we were looking for today for competitive swimming. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that my son got the sporting equipment he needed. Would recommend!!!

I could move in here and live happily ever after. They have everything and the connection with Field and Stream is heavenly. Great staff, clean store, plentiful sales. Good quality stuff. I'll be back.
