Better Health

Discovered this delightful business not long ago. I enjoy looking for the daily markdowns which is an excellent way to try different foods. They’ve got many samples put out for you to try. The daily soups are delicious and there’s plenty to choose from all day long. Deli is good too!!! Employees are engaging and knowledgeable about the many products.

I have been shopping at this location for years, and am there once a week. Always friendly employees. An exceptional young lady working tonight as a cashier went above and beyond to help me with bags.. I wish I caught her name. Very pretty and tall, long black hair. What a blessing she is.

I really enjoyed my experience at better health! It’s a peaceful store to walk around in and look at all the health products they provide! The staff were super friendly! I got a freshly made burger there and it was delicious!

This is my go to for all my supplements. I love their sales; especially the 30% off sales which are held at least twice a year. I also buy zum soap here, fresh made vegan and vegetarian soups, and so much more. Thanksgiving black Friday this year is 40 % off supplements and vitamins.

One of the first places I turned to after going vegan. So grateful they carry Follow Your Heart feta and blue cheese…and their vegan chocolate chip cookies are also great. Cashiers are always friendly and the store is clean. I appreciate them!

Fricking love this place, we get the veg meal deal and eat in the cafe when I'm in town. My partner can't get enough of the carrot soufflé and macaroni salad. I love the mixed protein salad and cookie dough bites. We both adore the anti-inflammatory cauliflower and the kale tabbouli. I always grab a few immunity drinks to try too. Depending on the product, it can cost less than having similar stuff shipped, so most staples are worth it for convenience. Supplement prices are pretty standard, the stores brand I found to be relatively cheap. Thanks for bringing healthy plant-based options to the area <3

Loved everything I got here… I ordered a smoothie, some prepared foods, and a gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free dessert bar…. Everything was delicious! They have a pretty great selection of products here, but they don’t sell the almond milk I like from Elmhurst and the other Better Health I go to does (in GP). Unless this location was just sold out, but they didn’t have a spot for it on the shelf so I’m guessing they didn’t sell it. Other than that, great spot!

The customer service here is fantastic! Whenever I have questions they either answer the phone promptly or if I’m in the store they’re very happy to help with your selection. They have anything from vitamins to organic food. Their prices are not high and I think this is a place you would enjoy shopping at.

I love this store.New members get free $5 to spend on anything in the store.I just started shopping here a few months ago.The employees are always nice.I love that they carry ALOT of dairy free snacks.I love that they accept coupons from companies.The women's bathroom is ALWAYS clean.

I always love coming into this store! Everyone is so helpful. Today’s experience was an exception tho. I always buy Garden of Life Organic fit bars and I love the Chocolate Covered Cherry ones. They were not on the shelf. So I asked one of the guys from deli if I could speak to a manager. He called him over the speaker. John the manager is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find these bars and even took my information so that he could order them for me. Now that is great customer service!! Thank you John for the experience it made my day that much better!!

They have some of the most knowledgeable employees anywhere- Their employees are very well trained in their departments and I especially find that useful in the vitamins section. Their hot food bar is delicious and there's always a coupon out there to use on most things.

Great customer service. Staff were so kind and attentive. Also liked that the store carry so many more brands and selections of natural, organic products (food, vitamins, personal care) than Whole Foods. Plus, pricing seem better too. Will be shopping here more often.

My first experience at the Better Health store. Great organic and vegan choices. Pricing on par with Whole Foods, but a lot closer to me. And some priced are better at the super Kroger. But the choices here mean I will have to shop at both stores and it will be so worth it!

Great store and staff. I went there for the first time today and thanks to the helpful staff, I will defenitly come back and recommend to others. This review is mainly for MICHAEL, he works in the herbal department and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. My little one was very sick with a sore throat and I went to 2 doctors and they told me to just give her Tylenol. After a very frustrating day trying to help my little one, I talked to Michael and he recommended some drops and they worked amazingly!! He knows his stuff and his recommendation helped my daughter tremendously. Thanks so much!

I love going to this location. They have a guy who works there name Milan. He is very knowledgeable about all the products I asks about. He is the best and he takes time explaining things to you no rushing.

I absolutely love this location and almost fell on the floor laughing at the clearly false review that was given about the pink haired manager there by Jennifer C. First off you state she isn't a manager because you've met a manager there before. Is this your first time in a store that you believe theres only one manager? You just happen to witness this same person treating a man that you just by coincidence have ran into before being belittled by her yet you chose to continue to shop there? Who does this? And yes of course you spend sooooo much money there, like your money is greener than everybody else's and the pink haired girl just went off on you for kicks...its never the self entitled customer whom is unreasonable. Im glad you claim you won't shop there anymore because now I won't have to stand in line behind you while you cause a scene because your cheap little discount didn't work out the way YOU WANTED IT TO because you're special and don't have to follow the rules the like rest of us. I call bull crap on this one
