They’re always super nice and always have my prescription ready, I always call in ahead of time so I don’t have to worry about not having my prescription. They’re very helpful when you give them the time they need to get your stuff ready

Amazing service! Guy was very nice and quick and treated us much better than the Walgreens on college. Explained to me what college did to us was them not being able to pull a box off the shelf. He made my experience a lot better!

I've been using this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists and techs have always been really great. They're helpful and willing to work with you. They're also good about getting your meds to you, even if they're behind. Sometimes they get very busy and I think low staffed, which the workers cannot help, but in all I've only had good experiences with them.

Walgreens employees are doing a fantastic job especially given how busy the Northland location is. Great job Northland Walgreens employees. Especially great job in the pharmacy!!!!!

I had filled a prescription at the Meade st location and got there at 5:55 and the pharmacy was closed. I ran to this location and the pharmacy employees were happy to fill my prescription for me. They were fast and courteous. And this isn't the first time where I have received great assistance from this location. Well done Northland Ave crew! I appreciate you!

I can’t say enough about how helpful the staff were in the photo department as well as the store manager. The pharmacy staff is doing an awesome job, especially considering the volume of prescriptions they process every day. Vang is an excellent manager. I have had absolutely no issues with the Northland location. Keep smiling as I know some are not very kind when reviewing.

This particular Walgreens pharmacy has been amazing about getting my medications done for me on time, and even early under certain circumstances. I'm grateful for the pharmacists and techs who work here. I guess I'm personally baffled at how this particular store has a low rating as I have had nothing but a solid experience every time I have gone here. This particular store will always be my home pharmacy.

Reading bad reviews but only issue I had was the waiting time but Dr and nurses were amazing and super friendly even the security guard’s awesome 👏

Awesome Walgreens location that is mostly incredible for its 24 hour availability. Great for late night pharmacy needs

Usually they've been really good but i've been trying to get my SSRIs refilled for over a week now and am having withdrawals. the request got canceled and then i requested again and i had to call after them not doing anything with it for 3 days for it to get attention and now it's been in progress for over 24hrs....

Staff were nice but I had to wait 35 minutes just to pickup two meds that are refills and have been ready for hours.
Drive thru line was extremely slow and had 15-20 cars in it so I had to wait inside. Two pharmacy techs were inside working, one was extremely slow and joking with customers and the other was really efficient. If it wasn’t for the one efficient staff member I’d be giving one star. It’s always painfully slow getting my meds from here :(

Was recommended by the the pharmacist debrox for my ear infection.. had bought it, and double checked to make sure it was safe. It was indeed NOT safe.

I'm an understanding and patient person. I worked retail for years, so I understand what customer service is like. But I have never seen a place more poorly run than the pharmacy at this Walgreens. I stood in line here 5 times in 3 days, for at least 30 minutes each time, trying to get the same prescription. When I was FINALLY able to get it, I brought it home and realized that they'd only given me 30 days of a 90 day fill. The sticker on the bottle said 90, the receipt said 90, I paid for 90, but I only received 30 pills. So now I have to go back and stand in that massive line AGAIN, for a 6th time, and hope that they'll give me my missing pills. This has been a nightmare of a week because of this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I can't go to a different brick and mortar company because my insurance won't cover it. I'll be pulling all my prescriptions in the future and only going through my mail pharmacy.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I set up a test for Covid 19. The email was contradictory about coming inside or through the drive through to get tested. I called and someone told me I could get tested in the drive thru. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive through and being late for my appointment they told me I needed to come inside to get tested. Waited a half hour inside as well the get tested. I will never be coming back to this Walgreens. Awful service

Called and spoke to pharmacist regarding the urgency of my prescription. She told me it would be ready the following morning. Because I was ill I had my son go out of his way to pick it up for me. He went in the evening. Of course it was not ready. This has happened so often. The people who work in pharmacy always get an attitude…not even an apology. I am so done with Walgreens. This is true of other locations also.
