Kohl's

Store was very busy before football game. Two different employees said hi and asked if I needed help. Wife could not find a particular top and associate (Brooke?) Went in back and found it for her. Long line at checkout, but the five cashiers kept it moving. Sue checked us out. Pleasant, upbeat, very helpful with the Kohl's cash , percentage off, brochures. A very nice experience at the store.

Ask for a personal shopper, to help you through this large well-supplied department store! And you just might get one. I hope your experience will be as good as mine was! On top of it, my cashier helped me with patients and congeniality and assisted me to my vehicle. It was just like getting to eat my cake and enjoy it too.

They had suits and pants in my brother's size (50 Long, 44in waist), that's more than enough for 5 stars for me.

Addison at Sephora was so helpful and very kind to a 80 year old woman. I would recommend to friends and family to visit and shop at Kohl's/Sephora.

I went to Kohls with the intent to buy 2 outfits for my granddaughter, they did not have size 18 months at the store. Associate Kristina assisted me to order the outfits through the Kohls app on my phone and I did Not have to pay shipping charges. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the items I wanted. She made sure I filled out all the correct areas I needed to to insure I will receive the 2 outfits I want. Kristina is an asset to Kohl's Appleton North.

I was looking for a unique Christmas item - fake snowballs. Two associates tried their best to look it up. The manager knew exactly where they were! Everyone was so helpful.

This place has 50/50 change of a good and helpful employee. My daughter needed new shoes for her new job. As i was with her we had a secret shopper watch us. It was so obvious and a little invasive.
Now you can look my name up, i dont steal. I dont look the best due to stage 4 liver cirrhosis, and a rare disease i dont always look the best, but dont judge a person by a look to make a customer feel uncomfortable. I get people steal, and there just doing a job. But it really made me not want to go back. I felt as if i was some criminal, and he watched until the very end.
But the one gentleman that helpped my daughter and i find a compression shirt and the ladies who checked us out where very kind.

The items here are worth the stop, but if your looking for name brand, for a more affordable cost, check out ross.

I enjoy the high quality and selection of each department throughout the store.
There is something for everyone here.
I shop here at least once a week.

Kohls has brought back some of their mid priced clothes that I like. Sonoma, Tek Gear, Champion and others. The only complaint I have is the new self check out lanes and scarcity of check out clerks. The Fox River Store is attractive and has a lot of merchandise to choose from.

Very nice staff here at this kohl's. We were looking for the pictures and couldn't find them they called up front desk and there they were. People waiting to come and show us where they where at some of the mist absolutely bestest staff. Yall rock

What a wonderful experience at kohls!! I had Donna at the return desk, she was so pleasant to me and about dealing with my dilemma. I had to exchange some things, buy some and return some!! She was great!! My experience was great as far as finding what I needed also. Love Kohls💕

My husband and I returned a number of large area rugs. We asked the front cashiers if they had a flatbed cart we could use to take the rugs to customer service. Sally brought us a flatbed cart, loaded the rugs, wheeled the rugs to customer service AND opened a service lane and returned the rugs for us. Sally was friendly, polite, engaging and helpful! Kudos to Sally and thank you, Kohls, for making our rug return experience easy and low stress!

Kohls on Northland Ave. is superb. Associates are gracious, polite, willing to help and even take you to what you are looking for. You are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. They out do any store at any time.

The service I received at the store are always very excellent. The cashier are very patient and helpful. Katie and Georgia are very helpful.
