Festival Foods

We love Festival. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always willing to help and say hi as you pass. Today when checking out the staff member was so sweet. Offered to get me another basket and made delightful talk while I checked out. Additionally the alcohol section was great to check on a beer and even went to find the distributor to find out if the beer was available. Although not a part of the staff even the vendors are friendly. Coffee counter was great too, apologized for no nondairy but explained all my options. Finally the deli counter was prompt and extra nice- good job Festival! I don’t come here just for the gas rewards- you make me smile my whole trip.

Had a wonderful conversation with a vet who served in Desert Storm...and found all the organic products I was searching for...including Fair Trade Chocolate😎

MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ!!! I come here very often, though I am a self checkout user mainly due to my social anxiety (especially during non working hours) and the fact I'm too shy to tell someone if a mistake has been made. But about half an hour ago I had milk bottles and the desk was closed so I used the regular checkout to reduce inconveniences for the staff (an odd priority I have when going places) and the young man that was the cashier was super friendly and made conversation less terrifying without causing awkward silences. Plus everything was scanned and priced correctly that I can tell. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you to whoever you are for making this small grocery trip enjoyable.

Bakery is the bomb! The spirits store is uncomparible, be sure to check the closeout section. Friendly service, great prices all around!

The deli area has always been a go to for this store. Fresh cuts meats and seafood, homemade recipes, and free jello samples for your kiddos! Love the staff and selection

The store was very well stocked, and also very clean. The size of the store allowed for a great variety of items, there is even a popcorn area by the deli, which made for a great smell wafting through the air as you enter. Very clever of them to do that.

Love their fresh produce. There is always a good selection. There deli is top notch. The Festival potato salad is a family favorite. They have a varied selection of tasty salads and meats.

Always find what I am looking for, a little more expensive at times but well worth it.

You cannot beat the heart for service shown at this Festival. Staff continuously go out of their way to help and treat people well. Prices can be a little high, and sometimes the produce is not as fresh as I'd like, but when there's a question or an issue, the kindness, effort to resolve, and plain joy shown by the folks here is 5 star. Plus the Gas Rewards program with Kwik Trip is unlike anything I've seen in my decades in the Fox Valley. Superb and people focused.

Great grocery store, awesome deli/hot foods department. They now have sushi which is delicious, various Chinese dishes prepared fresh daily as well, newly added fresh made pizzas, and lots more on top of the already amazing heat and eat dishes they offer.

I went to festival to pick up some plants for the women I work with for international woman's day. The cashier who helped me was fantastic!! I noticed I needed 2 more plants and while I ran to go get them she found a box and made sure my plants would make it to work safely. She even found plastic to go over them to protect them from the cold!!! Truly amazing service!!!

This store is incredible. When we moved here I was so impressed with Festival Stores. So bright, clean, stocked well, with friendly helpfull employees. My husband really likes their fresh sushi!

I love this store! Everybody is super friendly, and helpful. Their fruits and veggies are always fresh and ripe. The deli counter is amazing, and I can't say enough about the meat counter (LOVE the chicken fajitas). They have one of the best cashier's ever, her name is Janet and she's usually on the #5 checkout, I'm proud to say she's gone from "just" a cashier to being my friend. Again, love this store!

Mt husband Al and I were visiting my husband's brother Mike and his wife Karen . Stopped in to get a beautiful flowers for them. Plus, dog treats for our puppy Emma

This is my favorite place to buy my weekly groceries. The selection is amazing as well as some of there weekly deals in the ad. The staff is so friendly and always trying to help customers if needed. I also love the quality of the meat and they usually have deals on that too.
