MACS (Macaroni and Cheese Shop) Appleton

Coming to Wisconsin we knew we needed to try the cheese! My son looked up local eateries and found this place. It was neat to learn they are local and have been able to open multiple locations due to their success!

I am not a baked Mac and cheese guy in the least... But this place is A1. It was so good. I have a chicken bacon ranch (large size) + jalapeno and my wife had the memphis one with pulled pork. Home runs. Even the kids meal grilled cheese was great. Nice buttery bread (definitely didn't steal any from my child hah).

I would absolutely eat here again.

Went there with a friend for the first time and was amazed by the variety of Mac N Cheese dishes they had. I had gotten the Taco Mac, which was pretty good.

They have other cheese based dishes too, so your options aren't limited by any means.

I'll definitely be coming back here.

My family absolutely positively love this place! Nothing better than an awesome bowl of Mac and Cheese. This place does it well with all kind of varieties. The kids all love the Original Mac. My wife is a big fan of the Carnitas Mac, and I Tried The 3 Little Piggies Mac. So good!

Alex was great! To no fault of anyone's an order got a little mixed up (it happens!) and he went above and beyond and took care of it right away and was so kind. We will definitely be back 😊

Dinner under $8.00...unheard of. This place is so inexpensive for what you get, which is a cast iron skillet of yummy, cheesy goodness that is so flavorful, served with a slice of crisp bread. The small size was almost too much food for one meal. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac. The decor is nice, the employees were pleasant and the bathroom was clean. During the dinner hour the restaurant was practically deserted so it was a quiet place to be on my phone. Almost has a coffee house vibe. Wish they would open one on the West side, but maybe it's good (for my weight loss attempts) that they don't.

This was my first time here and didn't know how to order. The cashier explained the process. A server brought our pans of noodles, and refilled the water cup. Our dishes were so good! We even shared a slice of cheesecake!

They get busy and the food can take a while to make, but it's definitely worth the wait. Jalapeno popper Mac is my favorite. Portions are big enough that I can't eat dessert afterwards 😋

Great menu options, delicious flavors, friendly staff. Good place for the family.

Alex the manager is so sweet. He listens to what I would like in/on my order and comes through each time. Great food!

Delicious Mac and cheese with a large variety of flavors for anyone who like this classic comfort food.

This place is better than Noodles. It’s a great restaurant with a modern atmosphere and clean environment inside. Fair prices for a lot of food. Mac and cheese can get boring but the flavors here are kicking. I recommend the jalapeño popper Mac and cheese. The Reuben Mac is also a favorite.

Shout out to Matt who was working tonight. He was great at giving terrific customer service while multitasking. It was getting busy in there and he made sure everyone was taken care of.

I am definitely coming back here again!!

Best place to go for specialty Mac & Cheese. This is definitely a very “Wisconsin” place to eat! 😊

MACS is one of my favorites! I ALWAYS get the baked potato mac and cheese. It is so delicious. They have so many kinds of mac and cheese! Great place for the family.

Really good mac and I'm a Mac fan. I had to go simple to see what it was like at its base. Next time I'll get more wild dishes.

Awesome place to grab a quick bite. Dine in or out. Great customer service and food.
