Secrets Lingerie and Adult Party Store

The lingerie was a bit expensive, but most physical stores are for any decent outfit. The selection was amazing and the employee was super helpful. They have other products for good prices. Just like any store some things are priced higher while others are priced well, that's just business. We got exactly what we wanted, even though we weren't totally sure what we wanted at the start. I got what I thought was priced well, got good customer service, and I walked away happy in the end, that's the important thing.

Walked in last night and some very disrespectful and uptight employee demanded my wife put her purse behind the counter. Not happening. If you don't trust me, as a customer, I'm surely not trusting some random lady with my wife belongings. Too many other places with good people to tolerate that. Never returning.

Worst experience ever! Me and my boyfriend’s first time coming here to shop for some lingerie. As soon as I walk inside, the girl at the counter said “need your ids or I can’t let you in”… I didn’t have mine so I went back to my car, grabbed it, then headed back inside to show her it. I start to look around and I saw some heels that were cute, I grabbed the ones that were on top of the box because I just wanted to try one heel on and they didn’t have any size 9’s hanging out She then comes to the area and says “you have to tell me when you are going to try shoes on” AND PROCEEDS TO WATCH ME PUT IT ON!! (Btw the heels run small I believe the largest size they have is a 10) ended walking out, worst customer service I’ve ever had..

Today about 11:15pm I did stop to buy something. But they ask me for id.
Really! Even if I use my debit card and I know my pin. Seems like she don't like me.
Too bad. I did shop like 6 times in the past. Too bad. There's many stores to buy.
