AT&T Store

Had an issue with my iphone while away at school, so while home came to Glendale, WI location for fix. We were greeted immediately by store manager who was very professional and connected us promptly with the next service agent. Malik, our service agent was very knowledgeable and helpful about my SIM card issue, and resolved the issue immediately. So glad we came to this location. We will definitely return in future for any issues, as they provided excellent customer service!

Ramone was awesome! Came in frustrated with an iPhone that wouldn’t connect to the sim. He fixed it in minutes and waited with us the whole time through all the updating. Very informative, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor! Will be visiting this store again solely because of the awesome experience I’ve had with this employee

The representative who assisted me was absolutely amazing! Asia was a problem solver when it came to my upgrade and really friendly! She gave me tips on how to use my military discounts. I'm strongly satisfied with the service I received.

Jose and Malik was very helpful. I did a walk-in with issue about my prepaid plan. They were so patient with me. They didn’t leave my side until everything was situated and solved. Highly recommend.

Representative Malik was truly amazing, I had a lots of questions and concerns and he answered everything, set up my phone, transferred data and emails, even applications with was difficult to transfer. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The best service I ever got!! Thank you so much!!

Ramone is extremely personable and knowledgeable. We had a great experience working with him. He helped us transfer an old work phone to a new phone, upgrade an old phone, and upgrade our internet all in one afternoon. AWESOME! Work from home, talk to 40-50 clients 5 days a week. Everyone of them contacts me on my phone! I still remember the time I got my new phone in February and I flew over there in a panic. My phone was REFORMATTING- My fault! My salesperson stopped it before we lost any data!
I literally have thousands of # and texts as a psychotherapist. COULD NOT do my job without the people there. Always helped my, my wife and 3 kids. Never has to go somewhere else!

Ramon was fantastic in helping me. He was kind thoughtful and efficient in working thru adding a new phone. You should hire all of your employees and have him train for respectful and caring interactions that help every customer

First time I’ve ever had a good experience at at&t tbh. And I have Asia to thank for that. She was so helpful and knowledgeable she just made everything so easy. All of the workers were nice but Asia is the one I’ll remember.

We give high praises to Ramone at the AT&T store in Glendale WI. He greeted us promptly and answered all our questions. We had some complications with our account and Ramone with much due diligence and patience was able to straighten out the problem and made it possible for us to leave the store with our new phones.
