Amazing staff best T-Mobile helped me with my SIM card great place highly recommend a staff named Mario very knowledgeable and smart helped me with my sim card problem if you need a SIM card repair or a new phone go to this T-Mobile.

Cierra Was so very helpful to me today. I came in confused and anxious because nothing I was trying with my phone was working. She stared me in the right direction and took care of all my problems. She’s a valuable employee!

This T-Mobile move from Brown Deer to Fox point, I use them in Brown Deer and then I had to go to where they moved to. All I can say is they are so helpful so patient and they do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

This is a wonderful store with a great staff. Kennedy is my go to person there. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. This is a 5 star location, keep up the great work !

After breaking the glass on my Samsung galaxy I thought dealing with the insurance on my phone would be a nightmare. But Jevon help make it a smooth convenient process. He gave me a time frame and hit it on the money, and the phone is working as good as before. Everyone at the T-mobile store was great and very helpful. I'd anything happens to my phone 🤞 it doesn't I will be back. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Prompt and excellent service! Chris and his team had my broken phone back to normal in less than half the time I was told it would take. I'd recommend any T-Mobile customer in the area to this store first!

My phone screen was cracked and unusable, so I came into the repair store where Keishon helped me navigate filing a claim, and go over options for upgrading my current phone.

Once I made an appointment for my repair, Speed was able to fix my screen in an hour, and delivered a working phone that feels brand new! I'm grateful to both the wonderful, kind gentlemen who helped me out today! I've found my new go-to T-Mobile shop🙂

Best Sprint store I have ever been in. Everyone made sure you had what you needed. I was there for the service department. Outstanding service. I'm sorry I did not get the name of the gentleman who originally helped me, or the woman in charge of service... BUT Lamar (sorry I don't know the spelling... but you didn't have a name tag on!) was AMAZING! Took the time to explain everything. Before that the manager of service (again, sorry forgot your name) she came out and met with me. This is what customer service should be. They will always get my business even though its a 45 min drive one way. A+! Thank you all!

These guys are always quick and helpful. Today was an especially good experience getting my phone fixed. The guy was super pleasant and knowledgeable and he got me in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Not bad, considering my phone problem was not an ordinary one!

Chris got my voice to text back on my new 5G Moto g phone I somehow pocket dialed deleted it but he got it back! Him and Jesse are great representatives of T-Mobile in their brand I appreciate you all thank you

They were able to repair my phone when it needed to be fixed and did so much quicker than anticipated! All the employees here were helpful. I was incorrectly told by someone at the Oak Creek Sprint store (my local one) that this and Gurnee were the only service centers in the area, which is not true. There is one in Wauwatosa and there may be others, so if you're an hour away from Brown Deer like I am and need repair service, it may be worth calling around first!

I was very reluctant to stop in here after reading all the bad reviews. I usually go to the Sprint store in Tosa. I was in here a total of 3 times in 2 days and the experience was great!

4 stars is due to Sprint policy NOT the customer service I received in this store. Sprint requires a drivers license to open my account which is insane. There are pins and security questions for a reason.... I don't need you scanning my drivers license every time I walk in your store SPRINT!

04/15 - guy working and repair tech answered a TON of questions I had on options for a replacement phone, and helped brainstorm on how to recover my data from the old damaged phone

04/16 - Store supervisor helped me and got me a new sim card which solved the problems I was having.

I had to go in for technical maintenance on my phone, which kept giving a 'water in the port' message and consequently wouldn't charge. Technician Calvin went above and beyond to help me. He is intelligent, polite, and honest. He demonstrated superior customer service. I highly recommend asking for him if you need technical support, and hope his work ethic and professionalism are recognized by management.

If you need go to Sprint/T Mobile and you need your device fix, ask for Speed. My goodness he is wonderful. Kieshon is great too!

Javon was really helpful, professional, and understood the task @ hand... I cracked my screen @ work, filed a claim through Assurant and was able to schedule an appointment to get my screen repaired that same day...
Javon, looked @ the phone gave me an approximate time the phone would be done, came back in about an hour & the phone was repaired.

Sales associate Ron was awesome!!!!!!
He spend almost two hours explaining all of the bells and whistles on
our new Galaxy S4 phones without missing a beat....if he was annoyed with
us he is a fantastic actor!!!!

Great job Ron.....sorry we shut the place down later than usual :)
