I had a great experience at this pharmacy last night when I went through the drive-through pharmacy at around 8:45 PM. I had been notified promptly earlier in the day that my prescription was ready, but could not wait in the drive-through line with the three cars ahead of me as I had to make an appointment. Upon returning, however, I was immediately greeted by the pharmacist/Pharmacy technician, and she provided amazing service. My co-pay was only $.67, but without cash or change, neither of us wanted to have to use the credit card for payment. The pharmacist took out a little packet of change, and was able to cover the $.67 for me. Super service and super personnel! I really enjoy visiting this pharmacy.

Fabulous service at the pharmacy last evening. My husband’s doctor called in a prescription late enough into the evening that we weren’t certain whether he’d need to wait until this morning to get it filled. That would’ve meant another sleepless night of coughing! I spoke with a real person during my 2nd phone call. The prescription had just been filled. Now, we’ve been using this particular Walgreens for many, many years. We’ve experienced hard-working pharmacists who are simply incredibly overwhelmed with all they’re expected to manage.
As I waited for the pharmacist to explain my husband’s medication, I witnessed this very patient pharmacist provide detailed information to a person receiving medication at the drive-through window. His time with me provided concise, detailed, information in the most professional & patient manner. Most impressed by him and the smiles of all employees I encountered on my way to the pharmacy.
Perhaps things are improving at this Walgreens! Wait times @ the pharmacy have historically been unacceptably high.

I see many comments about the pharmacy, but my general experience with store staff has been nothing but helpful friendly interactions. Great service!

So far so good. They have been very helpful in their thus far unsuccessful attempt to transfer my prescriptions from CVS. They said they are having trouble with CVS, and from my personal experience with that other pharmacy, I am not surprised.

Nicest pharmacy staff. They greet customers by name and truly care about each person. Excellent customer service--wouldnt go anywhere else!

I haven't had any major issues with this location. There was a period where scripts weren't filled due to Covid outbreak. Frustrating, sure. Am I going to demolish a business for that. No. I really like the drive through option even though there's often a wait.

Went thru drive in I was the only car, took almost 20 minutes!

I will avoid this Walgreens pharmacy unless I'm desperate. The woman at the drive thru was very rude, didn't apologize for giving me false info, told me when to come back and walked away. Never had the opportunity to ask anything else.

I have only used the pharmacy twice and both times they were out of stock of different medications and didn't call to let us know there would be a delay.

Impossible to reach pharmacy by phone.

I am a physician who needed to call in a prescription for a patient. After a long time on hold, the voice mail came on to tell me what time the pharmacy is on lunch break (an hour away) and then voicemail never came on, I finally got through pharmacy tech who said pharmacist was busy giving shots (to a whole family) and it will be a while and to leave a voice mail. Once again I told her the vm wasn't work at which point she hung up on me.

Pharmacy wait time on average is between 20-30 minutes. Always a line regardless of time of day. Employees come across as apathetic and have no sense of urgency or care. I have had to move all of my prescriptions to the CVS next door.

Very bad Pharmacy service , waited for a hour for a covid vaccine. Took people ahead of us that weren't even scheduled. I think they need a class on not to be racist to people of color.

I work for a doctor. While on hold I decided to read through these reviews and was alarmed. The next day our client went to pick up her meds and they said they didn't have a script. I called back and they did actually have it and were working on it, but sent her away. So the reviews seem to be accurate unfortunately.

Always lines, pharmacy is very very slow, people who work there never can find meds, every time they check every bin like it’s their first day at work

Pharmacist is uncaring, made a mistake so I couldn’t get a prescription when I needed it. This was not a narcotic or anything and she wouldn’t give me one pill to get through to the next day to call my doctor. When I asked why i didn’t get a call when I could have done something about it instead of when I got there she said “I wasn’t on shift, not my problem.”

I wish my health insurance allowed me to go anywhere but Walgreens. Definitely won’t be back to this one.
