Best Buy

It is a well organized store. Tidy and not crowded. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Under the guidance we were able to find what we need very quickly. Good thing is that they not only offer name brand products which sometimes can be very expensive, they also offer similar products from brand like Insignia. Prices are much cheaper but the quality is basically similar.

I don’t go to Best Buy very often but tonight 01/27 at around 6:33pm my husband and I were looking to buy a laptop, 4 employees came by to check on us and gave us some advice, one of them stood out the most (unfortunately, he didn’t have a name tag) but he was amazing, he went above and beyond, comparing and explaining different laptops and helping me find one that suited my needs. He was very personable and seemed to have extensive computer knowledge. Props to him and his team!

I had a broken TV delivered and took it to Sterling for exchange. Unfortunately for delivery items you apparently cannot return online delivered items. Tony the Geeksquad manager stepped up and exchanged my TV probability to the detriment of the store. That’s customer service. Thanks Tony!

I love Best Buy they have such a variety of everything! They usually have what I want. What's the pricing was a little bit better but it's hard to compete with Amazon.

It's been very long time since I visited the store and I was pleasantly surprised by the new design and layout. Walking between the departments feels a lot more spacious. There are islands of focus areas defined by category or brand. The staff at the OLED TV section was knowledgeable and kind. And my return was processed very quickly. Will visit again

Store pickup was straightforward. Item box looked banged up. That's probably why it was 50% off when I ordered online. Product worked no problem.

The store was very busy but social distancing was in full affect. I was only there to pick up my order. The lines were long but overall customer service was proficient in reducing the line in matters of minutes...cudos for that.

I came in late to buy a Bluetooth USB dongle. I could not find any so I asked a Best Buy employee. It turned out he was leaving but he immediately hailed a colleague. She was new and did not know what he was asking her to help me find. So he actually dropped his personal belongings, and, instead of leaving for the day, proceeded to take his colleague and myself to the proper aisle to make sure she knew where it was. He then explained to her what a Bluetooth USB dongle does. She learned & I was helped. Everyone was happy! Extremely nice and smart service on the part of this manager.

One of the best Beat Buy experience and easiest returns that I've ever done. Staff was wonderfully friendly.

It’s a great place to buy technology stuff… I been buying at BestBuy for years and they never disappoint. Also when needed returns are really easy. Employees are really helpful.

Freaking love it. This beat but has so much camera equipment from different brands. Outstanding service for first customer at 11 am on Sunday. Was able to get what i need with help before their cash register computer woke up from 010101 sleep.

Recently bought an Unlocked phone. They have great prices and a variety of unlocked phones, if you looking to send one abroad.

I went shopping for the new iPhone today and was taking care by the staff. Each department the staff would come up and ask if we needed help, and if we had questions. They were also very knowledgeable and helped explain billing/ and iPhone upgrades. Best Buy also the best deal with trading in- more than The TMobil store. Highly recommend checking Best Buy first!
