Marshalls

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I had a very positive experience and found lots of gift items. Since it’s a newer store, it seemed like there was more merchandise than other Marshalls. Name brand items for a lot less than department stores. Marshalls also has an online store.

I was returning a defective item, and the manager almost didn’t accept the item. She said you have to return defective items at the store you bought it at. I had bought it at another Marshalls store. I don’t agree with that policy if there is one. What if you bought it on a vacation or something and didn’t notice the defect?

I tried to take lots of photos. I was so happy about the bathroom. I know it’s weird, but as seen in my other reviews, a nice bathroom is important to me. It’s a new bathroom and is neutral and more modern than some of the older stores. See photos.

Marshalls is like a mini department store. They have just about everything but on a smaller scale.

I love the home goods section and Women’s and Men’s clothing. I bought items in all 3 departments on this trip. As well as Crocs clogs. They were $19.99! I got a set of two Ugg pillows for $24.99 :)

I’m glad I had a satisfying experience at this store. I’ll make sure to update this review if anything changes on future visits.

Now, especially with online reviews, management needs to pay attention to the negative reviews and make some changes, if needed. Customer satisfaction is very important.

The dressing rooms are really nice, too, love them. Spacious and neutral colors.

This store is in a great location with T.J. Maxx very close by and Dulles Town Center across the highway.

I am a regular customer at this Sterling store, I used to be a frequent customer as well at their previous location. I read unpleasant comments about one of the managers, her name is Natalya. She is fairly new in this store and new to the business overall, but from my experience as a frequent customer.. she has always been doing her best to ensure customers and workers alike have a simple and efficient time at the store. Unfortunately, a lot of customers make returns that don’t belong to this original store. As merchandise manager - she knows all of her items and goods. At times, she has to reject items that don’t originally come from the company’s warehouse. This unfortunately makes people upset, and makes them write unpleasant comments which I heavily disagree with. I recall being a witness to an event one day at the store as for where a woman tried to return a clothing item that originally came from Walmart, as for where a Walmart tag was found. I believe this is a more unpleasant part of her work experience, and I believe we as customers can make it better. It is very unfortunate to see customers losing their humanity over $10-$15, I believe not only can we make this a better place for her but for all of the workers in general. This is one of the best Marshall’s I’ve ever been to, and the store has always been attended to in the most important ways, it is always clean, there are several workers happy to help you at any moment, and the deals they have are simply unbeatable. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Marshall’s, and I appreciate all of their hard work and the responsibilities they carry on their back. Thank you Marshall’s!

marshalls upgraded massively. their stock had everything i needed. there are always small and big trinkets that they have that i could use. the staff was super nice and the line always moved fast. very big store. vast options. i would recommend walking through

Love going to Marshalls, hours or even a quick stop to pick something up. Very organized most of the times. Variety of things to choose from. Most things are very reasonably priced. Love shopping here.

I am the son of one of the employees here, we had been invited for a 4th of July lunch. It was really nice, the store is clean, and the employees are very nice and helpful. They’re always welcoming, very sweet, and funny too! Especially the store manager, Farah. She is kind and hilarious, she is respectful and is welcome to lend you a helping hand when you need it. Great store, great people, would totally recommend!

I am absolutely in love with this Marshalls. I come here all the time with either friends/family. I specifically appreciate this store over other Marshalls because of the staff and environment, I’m always seeing the staff tidy up the place and there is never a mess to be seen. The place is in tip-top condition at all times! Other than that, this Marshalls’ management makes sure to give customers a good time. If I’ve had an issue with an item I’d be assured that this team could solve it. Following this, the staff cashiers you meet at the end of your journey are always welcoming and helpful. This Marshalls beats out all other Marshalls without a doubt, thinking of heading back there soon! Thank you Marshalls!

We would like to go here mostly for our kid’s shopping. If you want to buy a branded and discounted clothing or shoes, this is the place to visit and give it a try. The rates are pretty discounted for some good brands and worth a visit.

Brand names at low prices. Why shop at expensive department stores? Well, department stores are great, but Marshalls is a big blessing to the many who can't be paying exorbitant prices for what everything we need or want. For decades, Marshalls has been a great store.

Always great to pop in and find what I'm looking for. There's always a new shirt or kitchen gadget I can use.

Great customer service at this place. Never had returned a purchase at a Marshalls and was a bit nervous. The team members helped me with the process super fast and efficient.

I could stay in this place for an entire day, and still be looking and wondering should I buy it. I ask do i need it or just want it...luckily, my head tells me I just want most of the things, but I found shoes on clearance and a few other bath and kitchen items for an AMAZING price. Marshall's has the quality of goods TJ maxx does but their wholesale prices are about 15% cheaper. I highly recommend!

This location is always very busy, but they do a great job of keeping the store neat and the staff is always very helpful. I have been going to this location for years, and without fail, I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile when I go to checkout.

I do really like Marshalls. Especially the one in the Sterling, Virginia location. The staff is always very friendly. I can always find what I'm looking for, and get amazing deals.
