I bought a camera at Best Buy several years ago and wanted to upgrade. Always have gotten the best deal there. I checked all over town and online. I called the store and finally got to speak to someone in the camera department named Dylan.

He was absolutely fantastic. He knew all the answers to my many questions. Was extremely knowledgeable about cameras and he gave some great insight as to which camera I was looking for. The price was $100 less than everyone else and that even included a “refurbished” camera of the same model on Amazon.

So after listening to Dylan, I immediately went and made the purchase… all within the comfort of my own home. He is an exceptional employee and should be commended for his expert advice!

Keep up the good work Dylan, I will gladly recommend Best Buy to my friends and family and even have them ask for you! 👍

Today I was referred to the 1620 west Osceola, 34741 location because of an issue my daughter was having with her Microsoft gaming device. After 10 days of failed action of customer service agents and misguided information from other Best Buy locations, Julian Diaz was able to listen and trouble shoot our issue. From the onset of our conversation Julian went above and beyond what anyone had done for the past 10 days. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for his kind and patient demeanor in working with myself and my daughter today; and though I hope my words do result in a reward for Julian, he is so deserving of so much more.
I would also like to thank supervisor Luis Ramos for taking the time out of multi tasking to allow me to share my story of Julian's goodness.

Though the store was busy when I was there, and staff were under pressure, the guy in charge of the computers section was exceptionally good at making sure customers were looked after as soon as possible. Wish I had noted his name to give him a shout out. The guy that came to help out from another team was also helpful and efficient. Well done guys...

Probably the best electronic stores still in existence today where you can actually see what you're buying rather than just ordering it from Amazon. This particular Best Buy is fairly large and seemed well stocked. This isn't our local Best Buy, but we were in the area and had time to do some shopping and we checked our local Best Buy and they were out of stock on the main item we wanted - but this one had it. Sales staff was friendly and helpful despite being very busy!

Found what I was looking for. Needed new wired earbuds. Cheap ones didn't work out. If you're looking for quality tech, they've got something that can accommodate your needs. Only thing is they carry trending merch. Reliable same day purchase when I needed it. Thanks, Best Buy!

This Best Buy has some really good staff. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way even though we weren’t going to purchase anything that day. They have a wide selection of TV’s, Cameras, Smart Home Electronics, Appliances, computers, cell phones and many more electronics. The store is also clean.

Mr. Jaime , was a true trooper when it came to help us troubleshoot the where about of our warranty, since T -mobile pull the plug and is not longer in Best Buy. I was super happy with his Excellent Customer Service and everything he did to make it happen !

Isaac Gomez at the store pick up is an employee that goes above and beyond for your customers!!! Best buy is lucky to have him .

Update: Price are not too bad. Very good thing is buy online and pick it up at store with no fee (regardless of $ purchase price). They also have curbside which was quick and easy. Look out for deal of the day which has some great products on discounted price. A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF BEST BUY

Wow, I was honestly going to leave so disappointed after one of their employees pushed me away with her defiant service. Then Chris came to the rescue and took his time to even communicate with a different store to get the product I needed. Long story short the girl employee tried getting rid of me by telling me they sold the product, I come to find out she was looking up the wrong product and Chris made the difference by sticking by my side, finding the product and truly caring. Thank you Chris for being an example of true service.

Miguel from Geek squad is just the best!! The type of customer service that goes above and beyond, please give this guy a raise because he will be the reason if I ever have any problem w my devices to drive 40min just for his customer service quality.

It was a quick visit, i asked a rep where i could find a product i had researched and read reviews on, and he guided me through the store. Paying was a breeze, and out the door i went. Easy and fast. The store is very organized and clean, rep was friendly and fast. I always come to this store for all my electronic needs.

Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. I knew what I wanted, but was not sure where in the store it was located. The Pettit sales associate @ the front door guided me 2 the department I needed. I was in & out of there in less then 10 mins. Outstanding!

I had a bad experience w a return in this store in 2021, but I presently went back to exchange a product, and the service was smooth and quick. The store is very well equipped and has a variety of products.

Best Buy was great for getting my keyboard and mouse I had a great time looking at all sorts of products they have to offer and the employees were amazing and outstanding when helping me find what I need I was looking for the best up to date keyboard and mouse and they helped me find the best choice 100/10 !!!!! Will definitely be back to get anymore products I need or want.

If you are shopping for a Samsung device Gabby is your guy. Helpful, friendly, patient (answered all my questions), and was serving multiple people at once with ease. Made my 2 hour experience with transferring data on my phone a lot smoother and easier than it would have been.

Add my technician was very helpful knew exactly how to fix my computer and help me through the whole thing the store was so nice I really didn't want to leave it
