Express

I would like to thank all the staff at this location from the front to the back. Came here 10/3 around 630-7pm and was so pleased with the positive energy, helpfulness, and most of all, patients at the end of the day. Samantha was EXTREMELY helpful and kind to me, the wife and our son, who was being picky with his outfit for the upcoming event at his school. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Exceptional service!!!

I was at the Express in Willowbrook mall tonight. I was having some problems exchanging some items due to some glitch with finding the orders through my phone number. The store manager (I believe her name was Jessica) was so helpful. She was very busy, running the dressing room and helping at the registers. She was calm and kind and handled things with class. I appreciate her help.

Unfortunately I was the victim of fraud through my Express account online. When i called the store to report Devon the assistant manager was very helpful. He even made sure to send me the information of the person trying to defraud my account when he arrived to pick it up. Devons' customer service was second to none.

I went to Express with less than 4 hours until a dinner party I was hosting. I found a dress on the clearance rack so I grabbed the size I thought I was (L). I tried the dress on but immediately found it to be too big so the fitting room attendant brought me a M and even zipped me up! I got to the register and found that the dress was originally $118, but was on sale for $79.98 with an additional 50% off dropping the price to $39.98. More than pleasantly surprised and FAVORED, I walked out extremely happy with how seamless the experience was.

Great store, always clean and the staff is always working to keep it that way.
Marino helped me during check out, he left the security tags on the 2 garments however, he was so patient and helpful. I signed up for an account and with the mask and window I couldn't hear him well so it took longer than an average check out, which I really appreciated.
The supervisor (or manager) however was not professional, when my bag went off at the door, he said "this is the 7th time" I understand if cashiers are leaving tags on things, they have a massive line to deal with and have to take additional time for credit cards, accounts, discounts, etc. The manager should have not said that comment infront of customers. As we were leaving I told him it was not a problem at all, regardless of his frustrations. He than said "if this happens one more time he's getting fired", joking or not, he felt his frustration and it made me feel bad and a bit uncomfortable. its hard to get people to work right now,, so please appreciate what you have.. Marino did a great job and I appreciated his time to help me with the multiple tasks during check out

I used to work their, it was an amazing experience. The people were very friendly and we strived to help customers as much as we could. I remember reading papers about customer touch points so we could make them feel more welcomed. We always had to smile and say hi to the customers if they needed help. Ally the store manager really care about her customers and makes sure they have the best experience.

We went to the Willowbrook mall location.. store was well organized and had a wide selection..Andres don't know if I'm spelling it correctly was working the register that day..we had issues with the store credit card he was so helpful and patient very courteous he helped us resolve the issue so we left the store happy shoppers..and for that we really appreciate him..thank you

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Cara today! She was super friendly, helpful and really a pleasure to interact with. I was looking for a shirt that was on display in the window. She knew exactly where it was and the size I needed. I typically dread going to the mall, but today's experience was AWESOME! Thank you!! xo

This store is expensive but so I only buy leggings here. I won't trust any other store for leggings because I KNOW these aren't see through. Uniqlo and H&M's leggings might be affordable, but they are beyond see through, I might as well be wearing nothing. Express leggings are thick and the waist band doesn't squeeze my skin up and out unflatteringly. Thanks express.

I have never had such an amazing customer service! I had ordered a jacket online and it was too big, I went to my nearest express store trying to exchange it but they didn’t have the size I was looking for. The girl at the store told me they had my size at Willowbrook mall, she Told me she was calling the store to put a hold on it for me. I went the next day to get my jacket, but I was surprised when I asked they told me that no one had called and they didn’t have the jacket. I was so disappointed about driving 40 minutes to pick up a jacket that wasn’t there and no once had called to hold it for me. I was so furtuante to had encounter Ivette, she was super helpful and very sweet dispice of how busy she was. She went out of her way to help me get this jacket. She called the store in Rockaway, NJ to place a hold on the jacket, it was the only store that was carrying my size. Just the problem was the store was very far from my home. I told Ivette it was ok I would just keep the one I have because I really don’t have time to go all the way out there to get the jacket, I’m a busy mom of two boys. She came up with a solution of going herself and getting the jacket and mailing it out to me!! She could of just said I’m sorry we can’t help, but no she Made the most amazing experience of customer service any customer should experience. Truly amazing to have such a great heart to help. I am blessed by the experience Ivette has offered to me!! Thank you so much Ivette!! Your hard work will pay off one day. Express should take employees like you into great consideration!

Fantastic work clothes. Professional office wear - pants, skirts and blouses. Cuts fit me well - despite my larger shoulders, chest and waist, but small hips.
