The kid Will deserves a raise. Dude really went outta his way multiple times to make my son and I happy customers. We truly appreciated it especially when it seems like bad customer service is the trend.

Store Clerk was very Friendly. He showed me Blue tooth Aux usage.

Gamestop isn't what it used to be 10+yrs ago when I used to hop all the time (no sale bin? No Wii/WiiU games?) but the guy(s) running it were really nice and helpful.

Great prices and knowledge staff.

Usually there's a long line but the workers are so good at their job its not a long wait. They more then likely have what you're looking for and the prices cant be beaten!

Outstanding customer service !! Of course I'm a last minute Christmas shopper. So I had no idea as to what game my daughter wanted for Christmas. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. Being that he found the game I needed.(with me having very little information about it) He went above and beyond to make sure it was the right one. Thanks again Ryan B.

We were helped by Nathan he quickly found the games for a gift and was sure to let us know of all deals and extras professional and friendly. Love this place. I took a family member here to make a purchase and the manager answered all questions regarding returns and age appropriate purchases. Masks are required and the number of shoppers inside is limited.

I was so pleased with this GameStop! The floors were super not gross (a plus!) and the cashier-man (Chris??) was so kind and patient. Definitely the best GameStop experience I’ve had—and I’ve had some questionable ones.

Staff are knowledgeable and patience, they do their best to accommodate all their visitors, I can't but appraise them for their commitment.

We shop at game stop very frequently, and we always have a good experience, however today their workers went above and beyond. I had lost a set of keys for the company that I work for, and thought that they might be there. I called game stop a few days later, and the person on the phone said that they seemed familiar, and that keys matching the description had been brought in after being run over by a car many times.
We went into the store to look for the keys, and one of the employees said that because they were badly bent, and had no name on them, they might have been thrown away, we thanked them for their help and started to drive home. On our drive, Rommel an employee at game stop called, and said he had our keys. He had went and dug through the dumpster in order to find our keys. I am so grateful, because the cost to re-core the locks would have been in the thousands. A great customer service experience.

Great, very knowledgeable, staff that's always helpful when I'm trying to decide on a game or accessorie. They've handled the pandemic as well as anyone could expect.

The women working the counter were great when we went in, they answered every one of my sons 999 questions.

I used to work at Gamestop last holiday season, one of the best places to work at. Even though it was only seasonal I had a good experience and being able to interact with the customers made me feel good.

Staff is super knowledgeable and polite. They break everything down for you give you the insight on all offers and latest games.

Great place to find NEW games and VINTAGE items. Pokemon cards & plush toys aplenty! The game EXPERTS are really knowledgeable!!

This location has done everything to help me out all the way when it comes to finding the games that I need. I have been to gamestops from Humboldt county to southern california and this one takes the cake in service.
