I like Hibbit. My shopping experience is always good. The young lady that helped was very helpful even though they didn’t carry the Jordan’s my son came for. She even searched to see if she was able to order them for us. We only ended up buying Nike socks that I need to bring back because the censor thing is still on them. It’s not a big deal still enjoyed the great customer’s service. I would recommend Hibbit..

Great customer service! I expressed how I had not been receiving text messages w/rewards and new releases for no apparent reason when the manager acknowledge my frustration and offered 10% off my purchase w/out asking. Thank you!

The customer service and management are exceptionally great. They are very attentive, very helpful and knows how to engage with the customers. The management team is phenomenal and I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking for shoes and clothing gear.
