AT&T Store

I went to the AT&T Store in Vallejo to upgrade my phone and I was very impressed by the service and the selection. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find the best deal for my needs. They also explained the features and benefits of the new phone and the AT&T 5G network. The store was clean and well-organized, and they had a lot of phones, tablets, smartwatches, and accessories to choose from. The price was fair and competitive. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone or a wireless plan.

Wow!! Received great customer service with integrity 👏 fast service, my advisor was Jennifer, she was very knowledgeable, and professional. I came to Pre-order and she also made sure I was getting the best for my money. She also helped with my account that had an insurance issue.

James is the best store service representative I have ever encountered. He never made me feel rush, made sure I was getting my best services, and extremely knowledgeable. I upgraded phones and all my home services ensuring that I also have the best protection. I bundled everything with upgrades to my plan and serves. I discontinued my Xfinity that is beyond subpar. Thank you James and ATT. I have been a long standing customer and could not have asked for more and the extreme patience ensuring that everything was in place.

Was seen as soon as we got into the store. Mya, the employee who assisted us was very kind and courteous toward my wife and I. She was thorough in her explanations about the phones I was interested in buying and I was able to purchase a new phone and get it activated all within the time I was at the store.

By a complete miracle I missed the hours long rush and wait with 11 people in line!
I was amazed to walk in and see the place packed yet I was immediately helped; no wait.

Senior Agent Juan Hernandez really helped me a ton. Got a new phone, hammered out new plan details, and helped me transfer all of my data. Was the best experience I’ve ever had in an ATnT store.

Today I went to AT&T to clear up an issue with my internet. I was not in the best mood and was over the whole experience before I even walked into the store. Cindy greeted me as I walked in and got the full brunt of my overall frustration. Rather than giving me attitude right back, which I admit I deserved, she was kind and patient. She helped to sort out my billing issues and even went so far as to help me straighten out my issues with my internet installation. She stayed calm and friendly, provided a listening ear to my issues and she was beyond professional. It has been a very long time since I have experienced good customer service. Cindy was excellent. I hope this store knows they have a rare gem in Cindy. I cannot thank her enough for being such a consummate professional and a kind person.

The representative in Vallejo named James is so helpful , accommodating. He was at the door, greeted us, asked what can help do for us, instantly he entertained us.....i told him i wanted to pay the bill of my 85yo old sister who was in San Framcisco... because the Att in powell was closed, and my sister knew nothing about online payment, and did not know where the Att location now......then i asked some other concerns and explained it well...

then I paid in cash , he advised me to be careful in my money if i bring cash because recently, there was an incident near Seafood City that was victimized harassment by unknown person and the woman was in her seniors .. thanks for his kind words of reminder❤. (Just brought cash just for the bill only)

I had an extremely positive experience yesterday at your Vallejo store. My old phone had shattered, and after 5 years it was time for a replacement. Juan at your Vallejo store was outstanding! He made the process of getting a new phone and updating my plan so easy. I had a lot of anxiety about doing this and what my new phone would be like. Thanks to Juan's expertise and help, transitioning to my new phone has been a breeze. He also helped me save money on my plan which I really appreciate, as I am a teacher and my budget is tight. All of the representatives at the Vallejo store were friendly positive and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with my experience yesterday!

Rodrick got me ported from my previous carrier and set up with a new handset. He was very patient to help me work thru all my questions and worries to make sure my apps needed for banking, etc were good to go. Very pleased with my experience !!

Albert was the best help I could have asked for. As soon as he finished with his customer, which coincidently happened as I walked into the store, he was ready and willing to help me. Not only did he assist me in switching over to my own phone plan he helped me get a new phone as well. He made the process easy as can be. He was also a pretty funny guy to talk to in the down time.

Since my initial visit to the store on 02/18/2023 to get my iPhone activated, I have been there twice more, and James assisted me each time. He helped me troubleshoot and fix a login error that I was getting on my iPhone and worked with me to choose a wireless speaker that delivered great sound at an affordable price for home and office. As a consumer, it is sometimes challenging to find a transparent and reliable sales consultant who has extensive product and service provider knowledge and who truly cares about helping you find the devices and service plans that meet your needs and are within your budget.

I recently changed jobs and discovered that I needed to get an iPad and an Apple Watch to increase my productivity level on-the-go. I booked an appointment with James during which we discussed what I was searching for in iPad features. He was very intentional about evaluating my work and entertainment needs so that he could recommend the best iPad and service plan for me. I have been exceedingly pleased with the service James provided as well as the devices and plan I purchased from him.

If you are looking for a sales consultant who has a thorough knowledge of devices and plans who will listen to you, answer your questions, and make honest recommendations based on your needs and budget, I highly recommend that you see James. His level of service and tech knowledge are stellar.

I could have saved time and effort, but he was completely understanding and kind. I appreciated the great care and thoroughness he demonstrated in assisting me.
