Even my NY girlfriend prefered it over NY pizza she'd had all her life. When she'd come to visit Napoli pizza was the 1st thing she wanted. Followed by a SAC'S hot dog.

Also nice that Audra recognizes me as I enter & knows my order!

The employees at Harbor Freight went above and beyond to assist me with finding a rear cargo carrier and the tools needed to install it. They also showed me how it worked and how to install it. I got the carrier on, in the parking lot, and one helpful gentleman assisted to show how to install it. I would return to this store just from how helpful and dedicated to customer service everyone was, at this location.

I so appreciate the help and knowledge of the folks that work here. They are supportive and patient and friendly. This is my go to spot for all tools etc.

As a person that likes to DIY, I love the bargains this store provides. Even when I just stop by for tape, I walk the whole store just to see what new deals they may have.

Large selection of tools for mechanic’s. If you ever need a tool quickly this is the place to go.

They have better quality tools now, but are still value priced. And with the optional extended warranty you can't go wrong. Always courteous service.

So I went in today and there supervisor helped me Out and let me tell you if he is not the definition of customer service I don’t know what is his name is Erin and I was amazed with general helpfulness he l helped me find the slide hammer I needed and found one already opened so I can see if it was going to work or not so I didn’t
Have to buy and find out later it didn’t fit and have to return it this is the man thanks Erin

Set behind the CVS so at first didnt see it. Staff were very helpful even with lots if folks asking questions. Checked and find items for, helped me put in coupon deals..was really patient as I wasnt sure on location or additional parts. Was a very good experience and so appreciated what they had available and how well they managed to help you.

I really like this place. My brother and I were here today after he just bought a 20gal air compressor. Was getting help from Yassin who was amazing!!! He educated us on what parts we needed for the compressor and why, without upsetting us on parts we weren't asking for. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. I will definitely be coming to harbor freight again because of their stellar customer service.

I can't recommend this place enough. Not only are their prices usually the best but with staff like Yassin customers will have a great shopping experience.

Most things are where they should be, plenty of friendly staff and very reasonable prices on tools & more. Plenty of parking in lot. Good to check online for items and availability if it's a big drive. Otherwise a good place to browse any time.

I love saving money on tools and supplies for my metal shop! And the stores offer extended warranty on them which has definitely come in handy when something i bought failed. they replaced it no questions asked! I got some free things like batteries and a flashlight using a coupon. getting little freebies each visit is like telling me THANKS for being a customer!

Great Tool store. Prices are cheap,they always have sales, big selection of tools and More and the staff are very knowledgeable about everything. Highly recommend this place. I buy entire tool sets here for $20 or less.
