Bath & Body Works

Ordered online for in-store pick-up to avoid crowds. Everything was correct with my order. Love the packaging. There were no lines when it first opened. Only one other customer inside the store. Lots of options are available in multiple scents. There is plenty of free parking. Greeted with a smile and good customer service. Would go again.

It takes a strong leader and an amazing roll model to run a tight ship. Much kudos to Trina and her crew. Very uplifting when the members acknowledge your presence and ask if you need help. They just don’t fill in empty space on shelves and keep the facility clean, they each have a wealth of knowledge that makes me weak when adding things into my basket. I love all of their suggestions when I give them an idea of what I like and there you are, I’m spending more (not at all in a bad way) than I intended to.

Today was my first time coming here and I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled after my visit. The employees were SO helpful, kind, and attentive and the store was absolutely immaculate. I didn’t want to touch anything because everything was perfectly in place. What a great shopping experience. I’m so happy this store is here!! Thank you B&B!

I went to the store yesterday and a lot of. The sale items were gone but I found some good buys and the sales ladies were fantastic. They answered all my questions and helped me find all that I was looking for.

Fabulous lip products. Great for stocking stuff-ers.

There was this person named Yulissa and she was soo nice! She wheeled out a cart for us so that we didn’t have to carry our large amount of candles to the car! She even helped us and was overall super nice. The store is very large and modern, and I would definitely recommend visiting :)

Outstanding customer service and suggestions. Wow! What a great operation. Trina the manager and the whole team was so on point. We smell and feel stringent about so much cleaning stuff etc and it’s so nice to have a place be so friendly, helpful, and just cool. Bravo!!
