Big Lots

Big Lots is fun shopping for me. I can save money there, find fun gifts and home decor, and even shop for furniture. I like the prices and the clearance deals. Pretty decent quality goods, too. If you haven’t been in awhile - go check it out. It’s great retail therapy.

Me and my daughter came in to shop for a Christmas tree and we had a wonderful experience. Marvin was wonderful from the moment we encountered him. As my baby looked like she was falling from the buggy and he ran to save her but realized I was present.

They didn’t have the tree we wanted in a box so he offered to remove the display and sell it to us. Marvin even wrapped the tree in a bag and packed it into my car for me.

My daughter was also asking for a toy but I told her not today and as we were walking out he gave her the toy and said “Merry Christmas”. She was super happy which of course made me happy. The little but very impactful things, Marvin is the BEST and his customer service is awesome.

A great place to find Bob's Red Mill brand. It's VERY pricey at the grocery store, if they even carry it. I also find good deals on cereal. Check out Big Lots before you head to the grocery store!

If you're Looking for Affordable priced items, this is the place to go.

We're all set! Easter for 5 kids is done with one-stop shopping. Prices are pretty good too. I particularly like the stuffed bunnies with blankets.

Wow, I hadn't been to Big LOTS, since Lord knows when. I get there, and yes, they've updated the store, changed some things around. However, they're till relative, and still HAVE BARGAINS👏🏾😊👏🏾, LOVE IT.

Good store. Not a lot of people inside the few times I have been. Clean and lots of clearance items. Staff is always polite and professional.

Good selection, good prices, just ensure you check dates on food and beverage products before purchase. Store was relatively clean, and the staff was nice.

I'm a Big Lots Fan! I love this place. Some locations are better than others as far as selections go, but all offer necessities and decorative accessories at affordable prices. I suggest waiting for the accessories to go on sale. Original pricing can be high, but you can get some steals on sale days. Also, I buy my K Cups here for a remarkable price. The same brand is sold at Bed Bath & Beyond for twice the price!

My husband and I bought a table at the big lots on scenic highway, but the table had some defects right out of the box. We went to return it to the scenic Highway location, but they were rude and wouldn’t let us exchange the table even though it was the day after we bought it and we had the receipt. My husband ended up going to this location and the experience he had here was much better. The tall gentleman that works in the furniture department was very friendly and showed great customer service! We’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on.

Great place to go to shop. The selection of items is very good and sometimes they have excellent deals on certain things. They also have a cold and frozen food section. They staff is very nice and do the best they can when busy. I shop there every two weeks or so and the prices all around are very very good compared to many other stores. The also have a very nice and large furniture section. 20% off weekends now and again make it a great place to get good bargains.

This is a really good Big Lots. I am not a regular. But I needed covers for plants before the freeze. I couldn't find them. But then a worker who was restocking asked! Me if she could help. Found it! Great prices.

Love shopping here. The associates make sure to take extra precautions especially during the pandemic. Purchased a dining set and Keith was extremely helpful with getting all my furniture loaded and providing insight on how to put my furniture together

Five star goes to the honesty and friendlyness of the staff. I went to the store to browse around noticing it was clean and organized. I laid on a mattress to try it out and unknowingly my wallet fell out of my purse. This was realized when I went to pay the cashier , so in desperation I ran to the previous store thinking it was left on their counter. Not the case, so I returned to Biglots and asked if anyone had returned a wallet( with $500) and to my surprise an employee found it and handed over to the manager.
So very grateful and pleased that there's still a few honest people around. Kudos to BigLots!

Relaxed shopping experience. Great furniture buys. I wish that I would have gone here before I paid more for a sofa than I could have gotten here for less. The furniture is not by any means of cheap, flimsy quality. Their TV stands aren't of the usual, boring variety either.

Best part about this store is the great variety and value, with name brand merchandise. This is by no means a junk store.

Will I be back? Absolutely!

THE place to buy a recliner! Yes, you could order one from Walmart. Maybe. I tried that and they emailed me back three days later and said my order was "out of stock". So, I reordered. And got an email a week later-the day I was supposed to pick up my recliner-informing me my order was "out of stock"! Or, you can go to Big Lots, pick out a recliner from their very large inventory, and get it delivered THE VERY SAME DAY! And Big Lots has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They have other furniture too. Go to Big Lots. You won't regret it. I didn't!
