Decent clothes for a good price. They even carry some name brand shoes that is nice looking.

I had one of the most best experiences here. It was closing time and I had just arrived they were locking the door for the day. I had to exchange my friend’s son shorts that I had bought for him. His mom is currently homeless and we were buying him shorts to go to school in so that he doesn’t miss a day. 20 mins prior I went to citi trends and bought him the wrong size. They gladly opened their door for me to exchange his shorts. (They didn’t know his situation)
No one gave me attitude, I wasnt rushed, they gladly exchanged it for me and told me have a goodnight. The next day I arrived at this same Citi Trends to shop for my kids I told the cashier my experience when I looked up next to me was the lady that checked me out. I told her how much she had helped us and that meant a lot to me because his mom is going through hard times and I just wanted to make sure he doesn’t miss a day in school and be nice looking like the rest of the kids. She reached over and gave me a hug. I had tears in my eyes and it was such a touching and heart felt moment.

They only thing i hate... Not hate but just well ya kinda hate is not thr store here at all it's the company's website for some reason they removed online shopping option out of the blue awhile ago but i couldn't order my things i picked out anymore (I'd gotten a gift card for Citi Trends. And finally used it at this location of they're stores. First time being inside that place. Immedtily i feel in love. So good part of them not letting you browse and order online . I'm going to be visiting here ALOT now. The woman who checked me out, was so nice and friendly and helpful. I didn't realize it was so HUGE inside either. The product and prices are cute and gorgeous and a good price !!;;
