O'Reilly Auto Parts

Every time I go to this store in Kearney they have the most helpful staff. They actually want to help you, and are super knowledgeable. They are kind, and I will strive to do all my auto business here just for their wonderful customer service.

They helped us troubleshoot an alternator issue and got us back on the road quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Brian was so professional and knowledgeable. He will know how to help you get your diesel going in winter.

Called the store in, talked with a gentleman by the name of Josh, he was very insightful and answered every question I threw at him! So thankful for good customer service!! Man deserves a raise!!

NICE PEOPLE! Recharged my trailer batteries, tested everything, got me back on the road, and did it with a smile on their faces.

Phenomenal customer service! My battery was tested for free and replaced within 10 minutes and was told to wait inside so I didn't have to stand in the cold! I was very impressed especially after having terrible customer service from Advanced Auto Parts! Only thing I wish I would've done differently is gone to O'reily first! Friendly, knowledgeable service which made for a great parts run yesterday. It got busy after I got there but they kept communication up with the customers that were waiting, which is great to see and hear, especially now a days.

Went here since we were on vacations and our check engine light came on. Since we were 8 hours away from home with no tools they were happy to scan the car for me 5/5

The guys are great and quick to assist you. If they don't have your part they will order it or find out who has it and send you there for it if you can't wait for it to arrive. Even if it means going to their competitors as long as it makes the customer happy they are all about it!
