AT&T Store

Lucy was amazing to deal with, and so was her manager, Trent!! Staff was amazing, had fun chatting with them, and was the most enjoyable experience at a cellphone store ever. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys!!

Lucy was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what to do to make sure I kept my number and was a lot of fun to work with.

My daughter was here from Arkansas. She came because her grandfather had passed away. She was also going through a divorce and that evening had come out to a favorite place of her grandfather and dropped her phone. The screen was broke and it wouldn’t turn on. She was emotional. She went up to the ATAnd T store in Kearney. It was almost closing time but the lady who helped her stayed late and helped her in every way she could and was so supportive. I just want to thank that lady for showing such compassion.

This is the best phone store ive ever been in period. Justin Fitzgerald went completely out of his way and spent several hours of time helping me solve technical problems my phone was causing me at work. If you live within 100 miles of the store, i would recommended going thereand asking for justin. He will do anything to help you out

Ashley, is beyond a rockstar! I couldn't get my previous carrier to understand that I needed the network unlocked on my phone. She called them and explained it to them, was on the phone for over an hour with them. She found me the best deals, when I came back with a different phone, she was amazing to help me figure it out (it couldn't be unlocked from previous carrier). So when I finally got my paycheck, I went in and she got me set up. She is the most patient person, wasn't a pushy sales person and was great with my two young boys.
I highly recommend at&t, y'all I even get service in most small towns 😍

Lucy was great! She connected well with my little sister and made sure everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Very important to me because I have a billion voicemails from my mom who died a little over a month ago. My sister and fiancé are happy with their phones, too!
