we didn't go to shop we went for the kids workshop and had a blast!! it is much more
organized than the one they do at home depot - there is not paint involved!!! you get stickers and the kids always have a blast! they get rewards for completing all the workshops in the year and they get a patch to put on their apron every time! super fun, just don't forget to register on the website before the day of the workshop 🙃and the young girl that gives out the projects and helps the kids is SO sweet she really is great and it seems like she genuinely likes helping the kids 🙂

I wanted to leave positive feedback for Justin in the garden department. I called to ask about replacing some sod that did not survive, and from the moment he got on the phone I was treated with respect and kindness. He made sure I knew that customer service and satisfaction was his main priority. When I arrived to the garden department to pick up the new sod, I heard his friendly voice before I even asked for him, immediately knowing it was him. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Thank you Justin!

The cashier Joni (male)other gentlemen, who helped Unload fencing, we were greatly appreciative of. We drove three hours from out of town to repair fencing for our aunt and uncle Who lives local there. They were not only helpful. They was A female cashier that Relieve Joni to help us with the fence. She., was exceptional, honored my husband, who is the Vietnam veteran Can’t remember her name. She relieved the cashier Joni to help us. This was Friday 3/8/24, approximately 1 PM..

I've only not found 1 thing they claim to have. Well layed out. Plenty of room. Very clean. Helpful staff.

Monti in the lumber department is awesome. He carefully cut some 4' x 8' 3/4" plywood boards for me and helped me load it in my SUV. I know that's his job but he was so jolly and had such a great helpful attitude.

my experience with Lowe's was good great product but they doesn't have enough peoples inside to help out but other than that great place to shop even though they don't have enough stuff as home depot does but they alright

I just wanted to say I enjoyed my visit this past week with "SOLOMON" in Plumbing. He was very patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and helped us figure out the right parts that I needed to connect my washing machine hose its the source. He also took time and showed us how the parts are supposed to go together.

The reason why I keep coming back to LOWE'S is because of "great customer service." I will definitely be back and also highly recommend!!!

I often got to Home Depot but recently I’ve had to branch out due to Home Depot not having everything I need. Employee Sal helped my find everything I needed while also having a great attitude. Employee Celine rung me up and was very professional and pleasant as well. Will be coming back due to these two hardworking employees.

It was an overall great experience! Everyone was helpful and polite. The only thing is I wish that the carts that you carry the lumber and dur rock were more accessible..... but that doesn't take away from anything. Keep up the great work guys!

Love the paint section. Associates are always knowledgeable and helpful. As for the other sections, men it's always hassle to find help.

Let me take the time to thank Rich & Jason from this store for all their help. They were AMAZING! They helped us find the perfect washer & dryer for our new home. They were both so much fun to work with and they were extremely patient with helping us get the best deal & best product. Lowes Lake Park MVP pro desk is the most efficient and reliable team to work with! Levoia and Rose have made my material orders and preparations for jobs a joy to fulfill. They take the stress away by organizing and following up with all information regarding all orders: special orders included. They are very welcoming and respectful. They prioritize you as a customer and make you feel like a real MVP. They set the tempo for the store and encourage everyone to perform. Which leads me to mention a few other employees Dave, Denise and Gino are also a part of the lowes lake park family that stand out to me with great service. Thank you all for your top notch service.

Mia and Nina in the window shades/blinds department are "the best!" They are so knowledgeable about the products in their department and they are so pleasant to work with. They are saving me a bunch of money because they went the extra mile to help me find the right products for my windows. Thanks so much ladies!!!!!

My friend and I had a most pleasant time. As we were investigating different functions, styles and features of a/c units ... TWO (not just one) Lowe associates freely offered assistance ... they literally stopped rearranging their seasonal stock inventory shelves and joined us in turning the huge a/c unit boxes to read all the features. Assisted us loading it onto our cart. We left feeling confident with our purchase. I wish I caught their names ... BOTH were genuinely nice ... thank you so much.

Robert was so helpful and kind to my husband and I! We are starting our garden and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for advice! We have to drive further to get to Lowe’s but for the customer service and kindness of the staff, the extra gas isn’t even a worthy factor. Thank you again Robert!

I was standing waiting on a key !! The other front desk ask one guy but he never came ..he must of been busy doing something else so he ask someone else to help me (rudy) he came over so swift and fast and got me in and out I appreciate it!! I had to be to work! Lol thanks Rudy your the real mvp

It's like Home Depot and another Company did the horizontal lambada 9 months later Lowe's was born they have matching prices with just about all products but the customer service is a fraction better that H-D but Home Depot is on the move I don't what there feeding there employees but it's working keep it up H-D !!!

Went to buy a patio set, huge box was way high on shelf. Store associate said he'd get it while I grabbed a few other items. When I came back, not only was item down from shelf but also sitting on a flatbed cart and ready to go! What a great experience! Love this Lowes.
