I always like a Starbucks break. This Starbucks is particularly nice!

Best Starbucks in Palm Beach - the only one that doesn’t take 1000 years for your drink only for it to be missing half the ingredients you ordered! They always get it right & I always see the staff being friendly, working hard & keeping the place clean.

I was met with, oh so rare, exemplary customer service from West at this location. His professionalism is the kind organizations build their entire companies around. Sadly most local managers hinder exceptional people like this with the lack of knowledge that people will travel that extra mile just for the abundance of serotonin. Starbucks really should recognize individuals such as West more/better. Everyone needs this kind of joy in their life.

My favorite Starbucks in PBC. The traffic moves so much more efficiently through the drive-through. (I love the Okeechobee store too, but the street it’s on gets rather backed up.) My orders are always right; the staff are friendly and consistent; the hot drinks are always hot and that fruit&cheese protein box is a great, healthy snack for kids or grownups. The store was just remodeled in August 2023 and it’s got outdoor seating, too. Best of all, it’s got an enormous free parking lot.

The inside and outside takes and chairs were clean. The staff wear masks and everyone seems really nice and easy going there. The guy who took my order was Deima (pronounced Dee-mah) and they were happy they could finally make a drink from the Secret Menu today. I ordered the "Minnie Mouse 🍓 Frappuccino" and it was so yummy. It hit the spot. This place is located right near the highway and they offer lots of parking. This particular location is a constant revolving door of customers. 🤓

A lot of Starbucks don’t give you extra cold foam even though you pay for it, this Starbucks does such a good amount of cold foam (I like a lottttt of it) and I’m super grateful. Also friendly!

This Starbucks is the absolute best! I come almost everyday and they are always so kind! They always make my drink perfect and work efficiently! They do everything in a timely manner and always greet the customers and make me feel welcome! Keep up the good work guys!

Credit to the Starbuck's team. The place was booming but the worker's were pleasant, courteous, and their team work was seamless. Very impressive. They def caught my attention to the finesse of detail yet an enjoyable atmosphere. Kudos!

This location is my favorite Starbucks within a 30 minute radius of West palm. They always make the drinks good here. It seems other locations can't keep up with them lol. They're quick too!

I am so glad we stopped at this location (3866 Northlake Blvd) on our way back to Orlando. The staff here are so awesome, and extremely amiable! The way they made our beverages was on point! Unlike other Starbucks we've been to; we literally have them remake our drinks oftentimes. Kudos to staff and management of this location...We won't forget!!

Excellent and fast customer service. My sister loved this location. Very clean and rapid service. I personally love the Chai latte so it's delicious 😋 😍.

Friendly and patient staff coffee was delicious. And no line when we walked in, but when we received our order there was at least 4 to 5 people there in line. Which tells me they are doing something right because they got so busy so quickly.

BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! We were in there for only 5 minutes. Even though we got there a little late in the day, we got a warm welcome and got the greatest energy from the three employees there. I hate that I don’t remember their names but they deserve a raise. LOL The barista queen nailed our iced shaken espressos (a rarity) and they were all just so friendly. Ahh, a breath of fresh air. Thank you :-)

Full of it they're always happy and very helpful also they almost always have my order correct and always clean nice environment. Best thing ever is there mobile app. I order it from home and by the time I get there everything is ready it's wonderful I just order and it's already linked to my Starbucks card so it's already paid for and there's option to tip the app as well so no hold up with anything. Thanks Starbucks!!
