Hello, I’m writing this review because I want everyone to know that your employee Natalie is the best, always greets me with a smile and is very professional, I thought she was a manager. Please recognize what an asset you have in her.

Watch out y'all, Necola Shelly the person who left a bad review on cashier Natalie, is a "karen" having a bad day. The truth is it's always a pleasure to see her smiling self and overall this location is the best. The food is great.

Very nice restaurant. It was clean and the food was prepared at the right temperature and with care. Customer service was top and best of all the food was delicious. There was inside and outside seating. The outside seating was also covered. I think the management has hit a homer in with this location. Nice job Panera!

Their food is definitely good.. but over the past year, the PEOPLE have made this a 5-star experience. I’m dedicated to this location (and Panera as a whole) because of THEM. We’ve grown close and I admire their service. Team Lead Natalie has such a beautiful spirit, work ethic, and a heart of pure gold! She’s diligent, excellent, compassionate, smart and fun. Same for Syasia!! Panera please give these women a raise/scholarship, they’ve earned it (I was NOT incentivized to say this). Natalie’s humble manager Louis also blew me away, going above-and-beyond. This gentleman hunted me down to serve my dinner with a huge smile when I didn’t hear my name called, and I don’t even know him.
Wow. And the place is so clean!
Thank you guys for such an awesome experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Bible study. High-fives and twirls to the whole team, you and your food are phenomenal! 🙌🏻❤

This particular location was great ! It’s hidden and tricky to get to off of the main road , but the quality was definitely worth it I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt. It was so warm & yummy ! It actually was really big , so you could split it with someone! I orders it as a pick 2 , so I got half a sandwich ( which was so filling ) and a half salad. My 1/2 sandwich was filled with chicken, fresh avocado, melted cheese , a delicious sauce and the bread was cooked perfectly! I’m already craving this again ! You can’t go wrong with this sandwich. I can’t tell you about the salad because I was full from the sandwich, so I gave it away. Be careful if their teas and drinks , though. There’s a lot of hidden caffeine, sugar and calories in them .

Nene was wonderful from the time we entered the restaurant to leaving. All staff was pleasant and the food was delicious. I appreciate Nene's observational skills she made the whole experience satisfactory.

My tuna sandwich was out of stock on Fri, manager promptly replaced it with another sandwich of my choice. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the place is clean. We like this location much better than the Wellington one.

Whoever runs this particular location is killing it! 💛 very clean and agile attention :) you can tell food is made with love, whereas other locations are dirty and have careless employees + food presentation is meh. this location made my day ❤

We enjoyed this Panera. We are regulars at our SC locations, so we know what to expect. This one rates at the top of the Panera restaurants we have visited. This Panera does not have a kiosk for self ordering, but you can order with the phone app.

I have been eating at this Panera Bread location for 10 years and only a few times I had problems. Today I had the best experience dining in with my family. Thanks to SYAIZIA, she made the best sandwiches I ever had at Panera Bread. Frontega and steak n white cheddar, it was delicious and looking just like the photos in the advertisements. Family is happy! Thanks SYAIZIA!!

i received my food very quickly also my cashier was Rayssel and she was really helpful with my questions about some of the food I asked about and she was just very sweet

The Turkey Chili and Margarita Pizza Bread was excellent! My family enjoyed their meals, too, which was Acorn Squash Soup and Chicken Sandwich. We were very satisfied! I hope your experience is just as good.

This Panera always has a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Service members are extremely nice and accommodating. I also get delivery from them often. Orders are always right and on time! Food of course is delicious. Highly recommend.

Great place for healthy food if you don't have food allergies. And their plum ginger unsweetened ice tea is heavenly! You can bring work and sit there for hours if you choose. Lots of space and a few quieter corners. It gets busy at lunchtime.

Had a wonderful, toasted chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Friendly counter help. Fast service even though crowded and an 8 minute wait in line. I think they should try the self-help ordering systems like at the Ocala store. Would make sense for a store this busy!

Panera Bread is my favorite place for breakfast and for lunch I just love Panera Bread foods and desserts as well as they beverages. The quality of their food is just awesome it's very tasteful and it's very well presented and hot food are hot and cold food is cold just like it's supposed to be. The staff has the best quality of customer service , and I will continue to do business with Panera Bread.

Panera delivers consistently good product at reasonable prices. Their staff is always agreeable and eager to help with a smile. It's evident people who work there like to do so. I'll go back as many time as my bank account will allow.

I saw something today which I never see at Panera, but I hope to see more of. The guy in the picture brought two books. I'm going to start bringing more books myself to Panera. My best friend here is named Kathy. She could be called the head of public relations or the captain of the counter. An amazing friendly woman. I'm always happy when I see her.

I enjoy coming here and ordering the steak and arugula sandwich. Their mac n cheese is so creamy and delish! Great atmosphere, and the service was terrific. They did change the green up a bit, but still pretty much the same.
