I went back to this location after looking/shopping around. initially had been there 2 months ago and decided this was the place I wanted to purchase from. they still had a sale going which was amazing. Victoria was the sales rep and she was so friendly. Great energy and felt very honest and genuinely helpful! I was able to get my mattress delivered the next day, and that was a super seamless process! email confirmation the night before and a text and call from the delivery person when they were on their way. there is a small charge for them to take your old mattress if that's what you want and it was all explained and set up while I was at the store making my purchase. if anyone is in the market for a mattress, this location has a lot of mattresses to choose from/test at this location and I am so very happy with my purchase and the entire delivery process. Thank you!

Heath was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful assisting my wife and me to select the right mattresses. I would highly recommend anyone looking for mattresses stop in and see Heath. There is a nice selection, and the store is clean and orderly. Overall great experience

William (aka Heath) is the great salesman that took care of us. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable of the beds and how they work. I walked in looking to spend maybe 1500$ at most. Due to Heaths great personality I purchased double that amount. Haha altogether it was a good experience in the Northlake, West Palm Beach location

David, the sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to provide everything thing we looking for. He was very courteous and is a fine representative of the Mattress Firm company.

Customer Service is the BEST here. Me and my daughter was welcomed with a smile and he explained everything to us and gave us room to look ourselves . Mind you he had like three other families in the store also and he was the only associate there. Very professional! I’m sure everyone in there felt like they had their own associate with them. My daughter cannot stop talking about how nice and approachable the associate was. Great prices and even better service!
