I needed a reporters outfit for my daughter for a play that her school was putting on. I came in and was greeted by Kiki. I looked around for a few minutes. I was a little overwhelmed and I was also pressed for time so I asked Kiki for help and she knew exactly where to look for the items I was describing. I was able to get the outfit…shoes skirt and a blazer for the a great price!!!! I will be back this store is just so wonderful and employs some wonderful ladies!!!

Considering the volume that this store processes, the rather demanding customers it accommodates and the high end brands they carry, I am impressed with their service. All are greeted as they enter, accurate wait times are given so people can adjust their expectations and they call me when my order is ready. It was helpful to see the list of Needs and brands we love to help me narrow down what I bring, though it would be helpful if better guidelines could be supplied upon request- so I can bring whats needed with less rejects. Perhaps an app to help scan tags or clothing and see if it’s accepted? Staff are helpful and friendly, I think Liz helped me? I was impressed by the attentiveness to the shop from home customers and appreciate that option. I will be returning

I was lucky enough to deal with Crystal, who is very knowledgeable about clothing. This was my first time selling to Style Encore and it couldn’t have gone better! Working with Crystal was wonderful. She made the whole process go so smoothly!

A big shout out to Crystal! Because of her posting pictures of the merchandise at the store… I can shop on my phone and then come in to purchase the items that I am interested in. I reached out to the store for directions and other information. I spoke with the most efficiently communicative salesperson (name of Lexi). She knew that I was driving a distance to visit and have clothes looked at. She informed me of their process and was very open about the fact that they might not accept everything I had. It was so refreshing to speak with a representative that was friendly and thorough.

What a great store! Had the pleasure of finding this today quite by accident. Couldn’t have been more happy with the wonderful things I found. Lexi at the front desk was a wonderful addition and a great help. I’ll be back.

I had been shopping for a rain jacket (with a hood) in all the wrong stores that don't even carry them. Until I thought to check Style Encore! LEXI was amazing at helping me. She didn't just point me in the right direction, she looked thru all the jackets for me in my size that fit the description of what I was looking for. And I bought a teal green Eddie Bauer jacket with a hood in mint condition! Lesson learned: don't forget to check Style Encore! And ask for LEXI to help you. She was super helpful!

I've been shopping here a few months now. I started with Addie such a wonderful person and so ,so helpful on what she does. Then I met Crystal . She is the woman who puts all the pics up of things she picks out to go together. This woman can put my clothes together any day. She is truely talented and has exquisite taste indeed. Jason what a sweetheart!!! Young man you will go places in the world of design and fashion. Louann you always know me when I walk in and are always so pleasant.
Then there is Lexi .This young lady has bent over backwards to help me out with anything I've ever needed. She has such a wonderful and funny personality that just brightens your day.

I absolutely love thrifting at style encore!! There's a variety in this store which makes it great for any occasion. I went there about a week ago to get a birthday outfit and I was happily helped by Adde and Lexi!!

I had a great experience selling my clothes.
You can tell the owner cares about quality and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to brands.
I am not saying she bought it all and I am happy she did not because that means that she only takes the best and you will notice it as soon as you walk around the store.
Clothes, shoes, accessories, are in great shape, the store is well organized and with a huge inventory in designs and sizes.
Get a new wardrobe for you in a reasonable price. Thank you Crystal!!

I have to be honest with you. I haven’t yet shopped at Style Encore, because there isn’t one in my area. I never have good luck with shopping online so I don’t do it. I tune in purely to be entertained by one of your employees. She does the live shows. Her name is Crystal Howard and she is an amazing talent. Not only is she a stunning woman, she has an amazing sense of style and she knows how to put it all together. Then there’s her personality. She is so welcoming, inviting and entertaining to watch. I don’t even know if she realizes how fun she is to the viewer. She represents your store well, which is obvious with how many likes she gets. You found a gem in Clifton Park, and I only hope QVC doesn’t take her away from you!
