I've been going to all locations since they opened. The staff since day 1 has always been top notch with questions, help, advice and just anything that has to do with customer service. Even the owner whom I know personally is the kind of guy who is always out interacting with all the customers while thanking them for all the support. They really pride themselves on over the top customer service and make sure you leave with what you came for whether it's just for advice or for new gear.

Absolutely loved the two gentleman that were there the first time I ever went in and we had a great time chatting and looking at all the options they have! Great pricing as well as fabulous service. I will be back and I've told all my friends!

These guys are great always willing to go out of there way for me. If I need something they order it if I'm having a hard time picking juice cause my taste buds are picky A F they are patient. They have a constant flow of up to date products and are a bunch of good people. Also want to add the owner(s) are very personable that's not something you run into everyday and I like that in a business.

I recently purchased a Dolphin vape by Joyetech. I've been here multiple times and the staff and customer service is excellent. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I had a minor issue with a coil 2 days after purchase and they solved my problem in a matter of minutes. The owner and management team should be very proud of the team they have here. If you need box mods, juice, accessories or have any questions, you must go here for great products and a great experience. I will only shop at 51Vape for all my Vape needs. Thanks guys!!! I started vaping to help quit smoking. I was very disappointed with the experience because the rig I got from another retailer was not a quality one, and I quickly stopped vaping altogether. On a whim, I went to the Clifton Park 51Vape location to see what they had to offer. They hooked me up with a quality rig at a reasonable price that was perfect for my needs. They weren't critical of my lack of knowledge and certainly didn't fit the stereotype of the douchey vaper. I was very happy with my experience.

They have everything to meet your vaping needs! They also carry CBD oil too... The employees really know their stuff and are there to help you to find exactly what you're looking for, from a beginner vaper to an advanced one, I think you will really enjoy this shop. They have a large selection of e-liquids to choose from also. Highly recommended!
