Usually excellent Service, helpful staff. No problem. One time, I waited in line I thought was customer service. Told me it was only Amazon. He did apologize. I think he should've taken me especially since I was just recycling. Then, had to wait in line. Got a coupon but couldn't use it. Then, same guy waited on me. Not always consistent but still love coming here.

This is a decent shop with very helpful employees. I purchased a computer chair there today and Anthony helped me out considerably and assembled my chair very promptly. I barely had time to get something to eat and he was done. I appreciate this type of service. Thank you.

Easy, good prices, very clean store.

They had the items I needed and they are one of the few office stores open.

Gentleman at the front was SUPER helpful & friendly. Showed us exactly where to find the shredders. He actually brought us to the aisle.

Jamie and Scott went out of there way to help me create labels to mail out our wedding invitations. I had the addresses in an excel sheet & had no idea how to convert those into labels. I came into the store, was helped right away & they spent the time creating each individual label! Talk about customer service!! For a new mom with a baby, this meant the world to me. Thank you so much!!

This Staples is usually really helpful; the copy/print/fax area can get busy, but it's not so bad on weekdays or mornings. The associate who helped me out today, Romi, was super helpful, despite it being busy! I got a couple of larger books coil-bound and they came out great. I was also looking to get a smaller more illustrated book coil-bound and she took the time to explain how the binding would end up cutting into some of the illustrations that run across both pages. I really appreciated knowing that before making my decision.
On a separate day I had ordered a large box of printer paper online and the associate that day kindly wheeled it out to my car for me, which I was also pretty thankful for!

Very helpful. An associate found my ink cartridges so I was in and out quickly. Also, at register, I was informed about price match policy. I looked uo price of ink on Amazon and they natched the proce, saving me $6! 😊
