Ace Hardware Has Been The Place For One's Hardware Needs For As Long As I Am Old. For Me That's 67 Years!!!

The managers working here did an excellent job helping me with finding a specific spray paint for my application I needed it for, needless to say this is the best hardware store in the area, each time I come here I’m always greeted with a smile and helped very promptly and professionally A+ ace hardware thanks for your services!

This place always has exactly what I'm looking for even when I'm not sure what that is. My landscaper said to get Scott's 3 in 1 but nothing was labeled as such. I walked around til I found someone to ask and the young lady walked me to the area I needed and asked questions to help make sure I had what I needed and in the correct amount. She even loaded it in my basket. Very helpful. Great customer service

Walked into a very clean and organized store that's the first person I saw which turned out to be a gentleman name Mark w, I asked him where was the restroom he told me there was no public restroom but he looked at my face and said you got to go and I said yes I do he said follow me and took me into an employee area unlocked it exported me to the men's room so I could relieve myself I thought that that was number one outstanding customer service so when I came out I was able to see him again and explain to him how appreciative I was at the age of 59 it really helped that someone paid that much close attention what I would call outstanding customer service only in town from Madison Wisconsin came into Detroit for a funeral and this gentleman really was helpful just wanted to make sure all the people who pay attention to your reviews no that Mark w at this location was outstanding please give him his recognition he deserves

Called this morning, for 3×3×1 1/2×1 1/2 double sanitary cross. Lady was super nice. Looked up my part. Said would have one waiting at the counter. Well a little while later called back, explained inventory was wrong, and didn't have any.. She didn't want me to drive there for nothing! Very thoughtful, and much appreciated! THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! TY

Great hardware store with very helpful employees! I'm 55 and love going to this hardware store because it takes me back to my childhood in the 70s, where we had an Ace hardware in our neighborhood and my friends and I would go there on Saturdays and by candy because they sold stuff that the stores didn't, and going there was like a little adventure, great times! Home Depot wasn't even a thought at that time! 🙃

A solid neighborhood hardware store with good selection. So much better than the big box stores. I walked in and an employee directed me to exactly where I needed to go.

A couple of employees helped me today with a couple problems I had, and I’m not very handy with what I was doing and 2 of them Jon and i couldn’t remember the name but I think its charzia , they where extremely interested in helping me try to figure out how to finish my project, it was with a plumbing issue I had and I am very inexperienced with this type of work, they showed me exactly what I needed, recommended a couple of ways hook it up and supplied me with everything I needed to get the job done! Very amazing staff! I come in here every now and then for odd things to fix throughout my home, and by far this ace has came along ways from what they where a couple years back, this is the place to go for any issue you have, there workers know how to solve just about any problem you may have, especially if you go to other stores such as Home Depot or Lowe’s those stores never give you this kind of knowledge they just point you to the aisle and wave farewell!

Best hardware store in the area! Lots of selections and very helpful workers, they help you solve your new adventures on projects and love to assist any other way possible, they also have lots of convenient services available, very highly recommend this place!

The young lady associate was very helpful.She knew her craft I&my
brother were looking for some plastic or rubber tubing&concealing spray.
And the Lady that RINGED us up was also knowable and helpful and

They are always on top of things. They have everything you can image in a hardware. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even deliver in some cases. Great location in a large lot right on Grand River at 7 Mile Rd.
