Went in for a quick Starbucks coffee but ended lingering to look at all the books games magazines B&N offers. Astounding number of choices. Staff helpful with my questions. The Starbucks is standard & dependable with cheerful baristas & plenty of tables.

I love this B&N. It's my own personal escape. Apart from always having some of the coolest and widest variety of collectibles, they have an excellently, well built manga and graphic novel section. The staff are also usually pretty helpful and happy to be of assistance.

Barnes & Noble truly caters to every taste and interest, with an impressive array of genres and topics to choose from. Whether you're into fiction, non-fiction, mystery, sci-fi, self-help, or anything in between, you're bound to find something that sparks your curiosity. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with recommendations or help me locate a specific title.

Love this B&N! It seems small at first, but they utilize the space really well and it can feel just as big as their huge stores. The staff are very helpful, and the atmosphere is very local bookshop, despite B&N being a chain.

Very helpful assistance. Plus the place is a welcoming place. Having employees with the right attitude and personality make the difference on any place. The place is located at the very centric place in the White Plains area. While you search or check for books the other family members can be shopping, enjoying a nice coffee or why not taking a fresh air.

It was nice being able to catch up on some magazines. THE FILTHY WOMAN'S BATHROOM WAS OUT OF CONTROL. IT HASN'T BEEN CLEANED PROPERLY IN A LONG TIME. PLEASE PROPERLY CLEAN WITH DISINFECT.

Great place, been going for years. Hope they will be for long time to come. Always interesting things to look an buy besides books.

Beautifully laid out and fully stocked. So many choices as well as neat and thoughtful clearance sections. Cafe was clean and staff were attentive. Overall a great experience and recommended if you're in the area. Public parking right across the street.

I love that they didn't close this B&N like they've done elsewhere. For the old school crowd (myself included) having a book in your hand is the best. Being able to look something up on your phone is nice but reading is the best when it's done the good old fashioned way!! Really appreciate having someplace to go and find books!

I have been coming to this place for the last 15 years. It's a great place to have a nice coffee and read a book.

Although bookstores in general seem to be a bit of a dying breed, Barnes & Noble soldiers on. Helpful staff, comprehensive inventory, on-site cafe. I hope they stay in business a long time. Join their club to save money.

It's a very technology based environment these days so I could imagine this business has its struggles. My visit here did not show this at all, in fact I felt immediately at home. Sarah R. swiftly came to my rescue in search for a specific type of book. I got nothing but a friendly smile while she guided me to a few options. Sometimes you can get reluctant bored staff at book stores but this was anything but. She was amazing and helpful I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a thoughtful gift. My appreciations.

Barnes & Nobles at City Center in White Plains is a wonderful book store that also has a great toy section and great vinyl records. There’s also a Starbucks cafe and plenty of room to read and relax!

I had a small issue with one of the workers from BN Cafe today. However, when I brought this up to the BN General Manager, she treated the problem in a matter of minutes. I want to thank her for her professional and positive attitude in correcting the behavior exhibited by staff. It is very much appreciated.

Good for buying books and doin research

Barnes & Noble is one of few book stores left where you can feel cozy, get a bite to eat and browse the book selections. The staff is quite friendly and helpful in assisting with any problems. The selection for cooking, fiction, non fiction, and self help and study materials are quite excellent.

This Barnes and Nobles is my go to spot for my daughter. It has a starbucks located in inside with area to sit and read; it doesnt only have books it sells accessories as well; jewelry, small handbags, winter items (scarves, hats and gloves). I was there with my daughter a couple days ago and they did not have a book in stock for my daughter; however they were able to order it for me. The sales associate was very friendly.

There's a Barnes & Noble in Yonkers but I rather come to this one mostly due to the friendliness that the staff provides to the customer, but also its clean and not messy. Perfect place to grab a book and while also enjoying some Starbucks.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Tip - park in city lot across the street and use street entrance (parking at City Center is expensive and chaotic since you're competing with mall shoppers and the movie theater).
