AT&T Store

My experience here was amazing! Came in to see how I can be eligible for an upgrade and Angelo helped me out a lot! He was very helpful and amazing, he managed to help solve around with my bill to make it lower and as well get 3 new phones for me and my family!! He also helped me with internet as well as he talked me about Internet air and was asking what I mainly use it for, he was trying to understand me to see what the best option is for me and honestly he’s very helpful and the best salesman I ever met! 10/10 experience.

Came in looking to switch from T-mobile since our bill was high and me and my family all have older phones. Angelo helped us get 4 brand new top of the line iphones and lowered our monthly payment about $80 from t-mobile. Very happy with the service so far, definitely happy we stopped by to give AT&T a chance.

I've had an awesome customer support from Steve. We had some bill issues in regard to some promotion events and he went above and beyond explained the process and contact AT&T support and fixed everything. This is how you run your business where your customers want to return for their next upgrade. So, thank you Steve!!

Me and my family came in for a 5 line business account, and boy let me tell you Angelo is the man to go to!!! He got us an amazing deal and after this, I'll never go back to t mobile again!

The manager Steve was exceptional with his ability to help me through every step through the process of getting a new phone, setting it up, transferring a phone number, getting a new number etc. He went above and beyond to help me. Was extremely polite and patient. I didn’t have to wait long at all any time I’ve been in the store. 10/10 would recommend.

Steve is the man. We will never go to a different AT&T store as long as we’re in Michigan. He is the most helpful manager and always has your best interests in mind. He is kind and very outspoken, definitely has my and my family’s trust. We upgraded our 4 phones and he made the process very easy and smooth, while letting us know on the best deals for our money’s worth. You can’t go wrong choosing this AT&T store.

After years of spending hours at AT&T corporate stores, I started going here, they have helped us add lines/upgrade phones probably 4 or 5 times and every experience has been 100% positive. I usually deal with Steve, who is knowledgable and always help us find the right products to meet our needs. He will review our plan to ensure we are getting the most for our money. Fingers crossed, I never have to go to a corporate store again.

Great experience! Wandered in to pay off my iPhone 7 and upgrade to the iPhone XR. Steve was extremely helpful and friendly from the second I walked into the store! I am a full time veterinary medicine student at the moment and he was able to help me figure out the most economical route to make the upgrade happen :) He more than took care of me and I would recommend him and this location if you’re looking for an easy and extremely pleasant experience!

Steve and Sarah were awesome, as always!! I’ve been coming to this location for years because Steve takes his time with me every single time. He’s patient and helpful, I never feel rushed! Today, Sarah explained in detail how to do several technical things and even wrote everything down for me! I highly recommend their service!👍👍

I have been to many AT&T locations but continue to visit this location because of the service I get from the employees. They always go above and beyond to answer all my concerns and give concise confident answers. They have never lied, tricked, or forced me into purchasing something I didn't want. Will continue to recommend this location to all my friends and family who are looking to purchase any phones or entertainment products for their lives. Steve gets an A+ from me.

The store representative Steve was outstanding. He was articulate, knowledgeable, and fast. He took care of all my needs and I was able to exchange my iPhone 12 for a Samsung Galaxy S21 plus . The whole visit was very satisfying and I am very pleased with my AT&T service. Unfortunately your 1 880 ATT 2020 Support line has a terrible voice response uni. I have had extreme difficulty getting the VRU to direct me to the proper location. About 3 out of 4 times it wants to send me to your 3rd party warnis your 3rd party warranty And damage company. That is not where I want to go. I want cell phone support and sometimes it will direct me to a representative and sometimes it will not. You definitely need to work on the voice response unit at 1 800 ATT 2020

Steve, the Store Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to help me switch from a Moto to an IPhone!

He also transferred all of my data and patiently and expertly walked me thru all of the necessary steps....even teaching me (I’m almost 70) as I needed it.

His kindness, insight and willingness to go the extra mile, until he’s convinced that the customer is comfortable, is almost unbelievable in today’s “Hurry Up” World. What a guy! What an asset to AT&T!!!
