I know 5 stars is a big deal, but the team at GameStop in the 11 & Hoover Plaza deserves it. Both Max and Anthony were not only polite, friendly and patient with me and my little one who’s on the spectrum, but they worked with us to make sure we were getting the best deal possible - to me, that exemplified true customer service. I also enjoyed conversing with them. Thanks, Max & Anthony - you guys are great!!!

Max is the best! My son wanted a Roblox robux card for his birthday. I had no clue how to go about getting that for him. Max explained it to me and even offered to help me redeem it if I couldn't figure it out. I mean how many employees anywhere offer that kind of help? I know I don't run into that ever. Thank you Max for not making me feel like an idiot and being so helpful and kind. You are awesome!

Their phone is broken if you try calling, but otherwise I had a good time in there, the clerk was cool and he got me what I needed and talked to me about different things, good experience, and I'm thinking of applying here soon!

I've been going to this GameStop for a few years now because of the fantastic service. The workers are knowledgeable and very polite. J helped me out today and I couldn't't ask for better help

Very good service and nice selection of used games. Special shout out to Emily ❤ Extremely nice young lady and was also very helpful. She truly makes you feel welcomed and like a person, rather than just some random customer.

They're always super nice and helpful here. They only let a few people in the store at once due to corona so you might have to wait outside for minute. But totally worth it.

The staff was Amazingly nice and relatable to the teens with the game choices! I will definitely be back for more games for my teen!

Great store. Cool staff. They're quite knowledgeable in the realm of gaming and pop culture. Great exclusive figures and reasonable prices. Easily the top GO TO spot for anything gaming and collectable. I love visiting this store. So do all my kids.

My go to nerd haven where the knowledgeable staff always gets me right and informs me of what’s new, what’s good and what I need to reserve. I live farther away now than I did last year, but I still come back to this location for the great service and the good times.

Best game buying experience in metro Detroit. Best service, awesome staff. Tamara the manager is the greatest! Always greeted with a smile when you walk in the door! Highly recommend checking this location out.

This is the location to go to! There's another GameStop right around the block from us and the difference in both employees and products is huge. I came here to pick up a game for my boyfriend the night it was released. The employees had it setup so that everyone was in and out of the store quickly whether they preordered or not. I'm not really a gamer, and it's pretty obvious due to my lack of basic gaming knowledge, but everyone who was working there was incredibly friendly and gave me great suggestions on new games to try out (without being pushy) which I definitely appreciated! I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect here and will definitely be a return customer to this location!

Well today I went in the store and it was excellent customer service! A big shout out to Curtis the Cashier/store's associate for helping us! Not only did he help me find what I was looking for he also helped my mom get the cord she needed for her Ipad!! I would definitely recommend this game stop over any others.

Very clean n staff very nice. Had an older game I've been looking for. 4 year old grandson asked for "The Hulk" game n I promised him I would get it. They saved me!
