The 2 guys at the counter were so knowledgeable by the time I left I was ready to make my own capsules filled with most of the stuff that my body needs and wants. Thank you guys 1 with long hair and 1 with a bald head that takes very good care of his head and is proud of it. Great conversation lol

For those who know the struggle… They have an amazing selection of natural deodorants! I also love the variety of cleaning products, animal food, and organic spices!

I've been shopping here since I went to Hughes high school. That was 1997 (lol im telling my age!) , and they've been amazing ever since! It's my go-to spot for herbs and specialty products for decades!

They are lovely. Great selection and they carry Bernards Blue Ribbon turkey at Thanksgiving - the best!

Best customer service in the city. The guys are extremely knowledgeable on herbs and supplements. My favorite store to visit and purchase teas and bitter herbs. One of the store clerks told me everything in the store is alkalined and there products have not gone thru any radiation.

This is a well curated heath food store, that always has all I ever need…I have no idea how they do it in such a small yet beautiful space. It is family run and always happy to special order cases of any items I want to buy in bulk - giving an automatic 10% discount on them. CNF is truly a community asset. 🥰

I shop here weekly. One of the two owners, Bob & Aline, are almost always there to provide outstanding service. Their staff also are outstanding. They will custom order items for you when possible. Great offerings. There is free parking behind the store that you can access via Teleford Avenue from Ludlow Ave. Or park in the business district lot off of Howell Avenue.

Helped me through some bad health issues. Highly knowledgeable! Only sell the best products. Love this resource. Hope they never close.

Perfect neighborhood health food store, great selection of food (and bulk food), supplements and personal care products. If your vegan you’ll recognize they stock all the best stuff. Prices are competitive with any major chain.

I love this store. I am vegan and they usually carry things most stores don't in terms of vegan items. They will also special order products for you. I am obsessed with Go Foods line of vegan candy bars, which CNF ordered upon my request. Thanks!

Not expensive, hard to find items, friendly, great location with parking nearby.

Pleasant staff. Great selection especially for how small of a space they are in. I don't expect every staff member to know everything about every product everywhere but am pleasantly surprised and pleased at how knowledgeable the staff here are about what they sell.

Small Store, Prices are kinda steep, not bad for the convenience for people in the area. They accept almost all forms of payment. Great area.
