Amazing place! The assistants behind the counter are amazing and so well informed on the different cheeses. I would be lost without all their help and of course smile 😃 The cheese and wine combo is genius!

Jean-Jaques is very knowledgeable with the French wines! The atmosphere is inviting and make one feel very comfortable for the beginner to advance wine drinker. His selections are limited compared to other local retailers but what is there that can't be ordered? I highly recommend this store for its honest approach to all levels of wine lovers regardless of their background. My wine purchases from this store have ranged from $60-$1400. I have been given wine and cheese pairing to sample while I shopped there. This is the care and attention that this store gives you unlike any other wine retailer that I have shopped at. This store is HIGHLY recommended if you are seeking honesty, knowledge and fair pricing on french wine.

I have been in the neighboring Cheese Lady store several times and never poked my head in this great little wine store! Jean-Jacques gave me a wonderful explanation of multiple wines, and also helped me find a gift for someone that fit our budget and also had a cool story behind it. The description was so great, I had to buy a bottle for myself too! Highly recommend.

Me and my bf went in last night and got an energy drink and a garlic cheese bread from there while we were walking, The worker was very nice and they got a huge range of bevs, snacks to alcoholic drinks.

Jean-Jacques was fantastic to work with @ Rochester Wine! I'm from Virginia and was looking for a special champagne to deliver to my clients in Michigan. I ordered the Clouet Rosé Brut and they delivered it chilled :) in an antique wine bag with my personal note. They even notified me when it was delivered. Merci infiniment!

This is the ONLY place I go to get my wine. Trust me when I say that Jean Jacques has excellent taste in wine. He’s friendly and knowledgeable. He’s always sampling different wines. Try the Black Slate from Spain !
