I stopped into this location with my daughter and it was very busy considering it was 11am midweek. There was one lady who was helping everyone on the floor. She was quick and responsive to not only my questions and needs but to the other moms who were also shopping.
When I checked out she and another lady were very helpful in ordering what was out of stock.

Every Experience Here Has Been Great .We Love The Assistant Manager! Lauryann Is Awesome! She Always Makes Sure If Your Inquiry Is Stocked Or Not! Never A Dull Moment. Very Professional , Kindhearted, And Welcoming. Very Clean Inside And Formal.

Customer service was amazing ... greeted me as soon as I walked in ... and helped me from start to finish... the young girl even ran back and forth grabbing different sizes for all three children to try on... and was very patient while my children tried everything on.... even with the store being very busy at the time, I felt like she gave me personalized service

Came in to the Richmond Heights location this past week, it’s my daughters first year and our first time there I met a lovely young lady named Shondrea, she’s the assistant store manager and did a awesome job showing us everything my daughter needed for Gesu, she even took the time to help my daughter one on one with the hair accessories for her school colors. It was a great first experience definitely felt like we mattered. She went above and beyond. Thank you if you see this!

I recently had a very positive experience at School bells purchasing uniforms for my two daughters. I should say that I have not had much experience in the past with uniform purchases but was in the neighborhood and my wife requested that I purchase the uniforms. I went in the store and as soon as I stepped in all I saw was shelves of uniforms and didn't even know where to begin trying to find our school's display. A young lady greeted me right away, asked me the particulars and took me displays. She knew the schools requirements, recommended options and sizes, special ordered items not in the store and within 20 minutes I was out the door with all items purchased and a few coming via mail in 2-3 weeks. Great job!!! Excellent customer service!!!

This place is neat because I don’t have to guess at my daughter’s uniforms. I have a horrible time with colors! People are always nice and helpful.

I am floored with Shondrea the customer service I received from her was the best, she was able to help me even with a packed and busy store I also seen how she was with other customers and she brought me to tears I left my wallet and phone she ran after me outside to give it to me and then I seen her ask a woman with kids if she was okay and she said no she got a ride there to get her kids clothes and they left her I watched Shondrea tell her Step inside I can order a Uber for you. I couldn’t help but go back in and ask her her name. To find good people is very rare. Big huge shout out to you! I hope you receive nothing short of good blessings. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity.

I love that this store is here. I'm able to walk in, grab what I need, and walk out. Convenient and close to home and the school. If you are going near back to school, it may be hard to find parking because the lot is small and they share it with other stores.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. If there is an item that is not in the store they are willing to request it from their other location. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations.

Friendly staff. Store carries clothing for most of the private schools that service the area. Impossible for then to carry everything, but they try to have comparable items for sizing if you wish to order a specific style.

Staff is very nice. This year they are under staffed but they did the best they could. Its hard for a lot of places to get people to work anymore, hope it gets better for everyone.

The store is always clean. Staff are extremely helpful but it's very small.

I have one high schooler & elementary students....two different school Villa angela St.Joseph & Noble Academy always find what i need here pluse the smaller sizes
