Do NOT order from this place, 100% a scam.

Their website state shipping takes 2-9 business days. After 3 weeks, I did not receive any shipment notification or my items. I tried to cancel the order and never heard back, even though the event I needed the items for had passed.

Nearly a month later, I received a notification that my order had shipped. I immediately returned the items without opening them. However, it’s been over a month since I returned my order and I still have not received my return of over $800. I have confirmation the return was delivered through USPS AND from Nana Jacqueline. This place is 100% a scam. Don’t waste your money! You’ll have to go through your credit card company to get any money back.

Horrible experience at this dress store. Customer service is horrible. They offer online returns but make you pay for return labels. Shipping takes forever.

The store located in Los Angeles has a very limited selection. The consultants are absolutely useless - won't recommend anything, not interested in helping you make a choice. It feels like they don't even want to talk to you. Never stepping foot in this store again.

100% scam

They ignored many customers for such a long time including me. I have ordered some sale items on their website. After 1 month, they still didn’t shipped them and did not reach out to me. I emailed multiple times and no response. Finally, I called Amex to get my money back and they said the items were sold out without offering refund or exchange to any other items. Days later, I went to their website and checked my “sold out” orders again and again within a month. They’re not sold out which meant they lied or they couldn’t even handle their website or stock very well. Eventually, I still had to get my money back from the bank, and not from them. They did not offer anything, even your money back!

Don’t buy this brand! They steal clients!!! I ordered a dress. I had problems with FedEx to have my order, fighting on the phone for 4 times, because the package was stuck in their sending area. And because FedEx took a lot of time to deliver the order, they now refuse a return « because it’s 14 days from the day they send the order ». So if your package is lost or takes more time to come you won’t have any return accepted. It’s shame!!!!

I wish I could leave a 0 star review… I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything from this brand.
Their comments on all social media posts are flooded with other customers experiencing the same issues.

All that to say this brand/store is a possible SCAM!!!! Do not waste your time or money because you won’t get your order or your money back. Disgusting.

My girlfriend ordered the Teresa skirt they never sent the merch out or provided her with a refund we had to go through the bank to get her money back. The only reason she was successful in getting the money back is because the bank couldn’t even reach their customer service team

Ordered on 27 November, emailed 5 times, no response, no nothing. Disgusting service. The audacity to send promotion emails with more sales when you can't even ship out your Black Friday orders.

I placed a order a month ago reached out to customer service several times still no response but they continue to post on social media having sales but they can’t respond to their customers very poor customer service. I would like my money back.

I purchased a $450 dress from here that I absolutely loved. However, after wearing it one time and taking it to get dry cleaned (per the care instructions for the dress) it was ruined. I contacted Customer Service to report the quality issue and they would not stand behind their product. Would not recommend to shop here for this reason.
