Thankful for the lady running the self checkout area. She’s always so friendly and helpful. Today she came over after recognizing us to play peek-a-boo with my baby and gave him a couple stickers after he started cheesing. It’s the little things.

This kroger was a dream come true. I wish I’d found it a year ago! Not too far from downtown and not a a bad drive. Full of space, fresh produce and nice people. Has household materials, sodastream and a gas station. Had many lanes open and was able to maneuver around and get everything in a timely manner despite it being Sunday and the Super Bowl. The Associate even went out of her way to try to help me exchange my soda stream. I’ll never shop downtown again!!

In these times it is hard to find great customer service professionals - but somehow this Kroger has found the best! Everyone is so kind and helpful, especially at the self-checkouts. Even though there are usually long lines, but I never mind because the staff are always working hard and so kind. The parking lot can be a nightmare, but still the best place to shop/only place to shop without driving into Greenwood.

Always stocked stays busy pick up easy when you have a filled day!

Great place to shop for groceries and pick up prescriptions. We enjoy the convenience of the Click List shopping and pick up. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Shop here frequently. This location always is pretty well staffed. Store is always clean.

Best Kroger on the south side. Delicious and fresh food makes all the difference. Makes Kentucky Ave store look like a war zone.

I absolutely love living a few blocks away from this large grocery store. I typically shop there 2 - 3 times a week and they always have whatever I am looking for. The deli and produce sections always have great selections available. I love the variety of beer and wine they carry. The pharmacy is very convenient. Plus there is a Starbucks and it is open 24 hours a day. There really is not any more I could ask for to satisfy my shopping needs.

This Kroger is very nice and has a great location. It is not that close to other super stores and is located near 37, which makes it easily accessible to anyone who lives nearby and to traffic traveling north or south, those traveling to work or heading home. The interior is very well kept, always clean and well-stocked, and the staff is always friendly when I have been there. The best thing about this Kroger is that it has the best flower selection in the area, which is unexpected for a large grocery chain, but is no less true regardless. I have been buying flowers here for over 10 years and will drive out of my way, if necessary, to get flowers from this Kroger. The quality is that of a family-owned florist, but the prices are that of a... well, large grocery chain. Overall this Kroger has about anything you could need, food or otherwise, has a great location, and has a few bonuses besides.

Employees at this Kroger are outstanding. Denise is someone who always is smiling and cares for the people. My daughter was hurt at the store and employees actually cared. There have been numerous occasions where the staff here have gone above and beyond. I can not say enough good about the employees. Keep up the great work. Also have a great variety of foods, fruits and organic foods!

We love the store! Many employees ask can I help you find anything and they truly care about their customers. The only complaint I have is that there’s not enough handicapped parking.

Excellent food selection with a friendly and knowledgeable staff that handled the stress of a new years eve crowd with ease. Bathrooms maintained in excellent condition. 2 ply toilet paper with the option for blow dryers or paper towels.

The only place I could find the specialty cheese I needed for a dish! The people in the deli and cheese are so friendly and helpful. And the store is always clean and busy but they have plenty of cashiers esp on the weekends so I've never had to wait in line more than 5 min.

I love this location! The produce is some of the best I've ever shopped, the sushi island is amazing and the onsite Starbucks is a nice touch too. Parking is always crazy because everyone is coming to this Kroger, I just park in the back :)

Recently I ordered a cake from the bakery for my husbands graduation party. When I picked up the cake it was messed up bad! The manager (Dawn) offered to fix the cake how I wanted it, and delivered it to my house free of charge. This woman saved the day. The cake looked amazing, and I didn't expect it to. She delivered it on time as promised. She went out of her way to take care of me, and you don't find that kind of courtesy in customer service anymore.

Left a bag of meat in the self checkout. Came back 2 hours later and my items were recorded as forgotten. I was able to grab fresh items to replace what I forgot. Thanks kroger! I saved an extra $10 thanks to your forgotten item protocol
