Wanted to thank the lovely girl who helped me pick out gifts for my family member. She was extremely patient and helpful. I believe her name was Lialah Might be spelling it wrong, but she was an amazing employee. Thank you so much for making my experience much more comfortable and at ease. She also wrapped my gift for me extremely grateful.

I placed a mobile order today and with the holidays, the store was busy understandable but I talk to two ladies who both were super pleasant and helpful with my questions!

Especially Sheveen(probably spelled wrong) but she had the best attitude on the phone and extremely on top of my order. Loved the customer service

This Bath and Body Works is THE absolute best location I’ve ever been to! A true Livermore gem, I can’t help but praise this store whenever I get the opportunity.

Let me tell you, the staff is extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable! Every time I come in I have an amazing experience from walking in to checking out. I’ve been shopping here since they’ve opened and the store is consistently full, clean and smells so so good! Thank you to all the staff members who make shopping here the absolute best! Wonderful location with a huge selection & EXCELLENT customer service! I was immediately greeted by the nicest person (didn’t catch a name but had shoulder length black hair) and he helped me find what I was looking for right away. Then at check out, and one of the managers helped me with my online order pick up (her name started with a CH or SH, can’t remember!) and she was quite possibly the most pleasant person I’ve ever met! Everyone at the store was cheery, friendly and ready to help. 10 stars!! As far as the products, this store has a beautifully organized selection. I bought a bunch of Moisturizing Hand Sanitizers that are almost like a lotion. They are great and make great gifts!

From the Manager Kia to the employee Ashley you are welcomed & treated like you are number 1 from the time you enter with their bright smiles to recommendations based on what you like to the warm Thank you please come see us again on the way out the door. I promise you not all stores are the same unfortunately 2 other close stores were less than even par. They know the meaning of customer service in Livermore Los Positas store & they are doing their thing! Thank you!

Don't like going to Crowded malls or places? Come here..

The people here are really helpful and very caring. They helped my girlfriend and I on several occasions whenever we come by and we just enjoy going there in general! :)

So much to choose from !

I ordered 7 items for in-store pick up. Their website said the order should be ready within 4 hours. However, it is now 29 hours since I placed my order and my order is not yet ready. I called them this morning to confirm my order went through and was told my order will be ready before the end of the business day. They are now about to close and my order is still not ready. If you can't fulfill the order timely, don't offer the service. It might have been faster for me to get my order fulfilled by another location.

Would be helpful if they would update the hours on google. Drove all the way over here just to find out they do not close at 8pm. This store just opened not that long ago too.
